On the western side of mountain Kozjak, 20 km away from city Split and 6 km away from the airport Resnik, in the shelter of the fresh air and magnificent view of Kaštela, Split and middle Dalmatian islands, since 2017 Villa Blue Hill is located on a unique place. Daylight, warm colors of rooms as well as night-time atmosphere contribute to the enjoyment of space and the surrounding. In a carefully selected unique edition and in the ambience of special atmosphere, we offer you 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms with toilet and shower. They are completely equipped ( Security safe, double-airly curtains, air conditioning, internet access, hairdryer, flat screen TV ). Kitchen is furnished with large work surface with all necessary home appliances.The dining room is separated from the garden by the glass wall and the garden itself abounds Mediterranean vegetation which contribute to the beauty of our and your story. From every spot in the hose you can experience an overwhelming view where sunrise and sunset are turning dreams into reality. Also you can complete association in the garden with luscious meat or fish grill with glass of wine. Would definitely go again

Just had a fabulous week in Croatia. The Villa was perfectly located for privacy and convenience to all the tourist spots along the coast. The Villa itself was Amazing with stunning views and all facilities you need for a great holiday. Would definitely go again! The host, Dario was also very helpful with great advice for our stay.

Most amazing stay!

We have had one of our best holidays - courtesy the beautiful Blue Hill villa! Our host, Dario, is a great guy - he was so helpful to us, and prompt in responding to all our requests. The villa itself is no less than any 5-star property; placed on the top of a hill overlooking the Split town and adriatic sea. This place wont disappoint you a bit - with its massive lounge, fully equipped kitchen and luxury bedrooms. There are so many complimentary services provided in the villa that I might run out of characters if I start mentioning them all here! I would fully recommend this villa for a luxurious and fun-stay in Split.

Très belle villa sans contraintes de voisinage. Propriétaire extrêmement disponible.

Villa récente donc tout est neuf. Elle est très bien équipée. Ce sera encore mieux quand les arbres seront un peu plus grands. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette villa qui offre de grands espaces pour la vie en communauté mais également des espaces plus intimes permettant à chacun de s'isoler si besoin. La villa surplombe la ville et la mer, c'est très beau. Sans être envahissant, le propriétaire est super chaleureux et se rend disponible immédiatement au moindre besoin. Merci Dario pour la qualité de votre accueil !

Fantastic view from a fantastic house

If you are looking for a modern, spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped house with a view - then you have to choose this one. Situated 200 meters above sealevel with 180 degrees view in a very quiet area it is a wonderful place to relax and to enjoy the croatian landscape. We loved the view from every room, the mediterranean brightness coming in by the big windows, we appreciated the very high standard and modern furniture done with a sense for design and best look-and-feel. There are bluetooth speakers, ipod station, wifi - even outdoor - and smart-TVs in every room. We also loved the floor heating and rain showers of the bath rooms. A real highlight was the whirlpool at night with all the lights below and around the house. You´ll even find bathrobes there to leave the pool. Surrounded by nature we felt very secure with a gate to close at night. A car is essential. A new and well equipped supermarket with a cafeteria is nearby. Dario is the best host we can imagine. He welcomed us at the airport, helped with car-rental and baggage, we found food and drinks in the fridge, wine and spirits, too. He also was always willing to help with words and deeds if necessary. We rent three houses per annum since a longer period and never met a better host. And we will come back. See you, Dario and Jozo.

Blue Villa is an amazing and perfect property

From the moment we arrived at the airport, Dario was incredibly helpful and friendly, he took us to the villa and gave us a tour explaining everything. During our stay he made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, he gave us lots of advice on where to visit and recommended restaurants etc. Blue Villa is stunning, it has been very well designed with a lot of thought being given to the layout and everything is finished to a very high standard. The views from the villa are amazing, you can see Split and the islands and all the little villages below. At night time it is especially beautiful with all the lights. The outside area of the villa has plenty of choice of seating areas for dining with a great BBQ, sunbathing and a protected area out of the sun. The pool is a good size and kept at a pleasant temperature and regularly cleaned. You definitely need a car here, to visit the local supermarket and surrounding areas. The villa is up on the hillside above the town of Kastel Stari, approximately 10-15 minutes from the airport and 20-30 minutes from Split. The Kastel Stari train station is 5 minutes from the villa and very useful,to get into Split if you don't want to drive and takes you right into the centre of the old town. Kastel Stari has a lovely beach with a few shops, restaurants and bars. There is plenty to do here or close by, we visited the Krka national park and waterfalls which were beautiful, but get there early as it gets very busy, it takes about 1 hour 15 mins by car. From Split you can take the ferries over to explore the islands or take a boat trip. The town of Trogir is also beautiful and close by. I would highly recommend this villa and the outstanding welcome and friendliness of the owner Dario. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

After long period of searching for ideal place for relaxation we have found this property . Before there was old house and nobody ever lived there. So we decided to rebuild that old house and make this new one for your holidays and time to relax. Amazing view and silence is what you can find on this property, and it is the main reason why we decided to go for it.

What makes this property unique

From every spot in the house you can experience an overwhelming view where sunrise and sunset are turning dreams into reality. In a carefully selected unique edition and in the ambience of special atmosphere, we offer you 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms including toilet and shower. One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and the other three are on the first floor. They are separated by long hall and lighting staircase. Two rooms have double bed and the other two has two beds which are connected. With this way we tried to adjust the housegold to guests.Each room is decorated to the last detail in a unique way and we have tried to show the view in the distance of nature and Dalmatia. On the ground floor of the house is well-equipped kitchen and dining area, also a spacious living room where you can find two more bearing. The outside environment of the house brings special vacation with relaxed Mediterranean ambience. Place where mountain peaks, coasts, towns and silent islands is ideal for all seasons. You will gain here the vicinity of the towns Split and Kastela, separation from noise but also privacy, this Villa will bring an additional advantage to your holiday. Hot summer days and free time you should spend on the sundeck with loungers near pool. So take an adventure, leave all your obligations at home, experience the reality and join us. WELCOME
