Stunning city centre apartment just seconds from Exeter cathedral & the main shopping district, Princess Hay which is right outside your front door!

Very large one bedroom flat close to all main attractions, shops and restaurants. Perfect for weekends or business stays, this well-equipped, light and airy apartment is about as central as it gets. Step outside, and enjoy the best shopping in the south west, stroll to the cathedral or just enjoy a coffee & watch the world go by.

This is a unique opportunity to stay in one of the most sought after & central districts in Exeter. Exeter is not a city well-endowed with quality hotels & none have the combination of space. quality & location you will find here.

The delightful Exeter riverfront area is only a short walk, where you can hire bikes or canoes. Parking is available in 2 adjacent car parks (£12 for 24hrs). Depending on arrival time we can either meet you there or Keys will be posted to you. Please note that maximum occupancy is 2 adults/people in total. This property does not accept children or pets.

Included are all bills, towels, bed linen and wifi. The apartment has a good sized modern kitchen, washer/dryer (no dishwasher). The shower room (no bath) is large and modern.

Flat was exactly as shown in the Online description. Very clean and everything was in working order. Great location- everything you would want is within walking distance. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

All good but the bed was little more than mattress on the floor. Being 75 it was an extremely difficult bed to get out off. One had to roll off of the bed onto the floor and then stand up. All else was fine All else was fine

Great flat to explore Devon

This flat was the perfect place to spend some time exploring Devon. It is right in the middle of Exeter, close to shops and many sites plus a short walk to the train station to visit other areas of Devon. The flat was comfy, spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our week.

Perfect for our 3 week stay!

This flat was a perfect location for us (an elderly couple) in the middle of Exeter's shopping center, Princesshay. Wish we'd known how good the combination washer/dryer was. It would have allowed us to pack many fewer clothes. Comfortable bed, efficient kitchen, good wi-fi, and straightforward handling of trash - all good. It was necessary to learn how to co-operate with the hot water system, and we still don't understand British baths. Those half-shielded showers in a bathtub just don't seem to work for us. Aside from those small things, we loved the place and would gladly return - age, health, and income permitting.

great exeter apartment right in the centre

perfect base for touring exeter and the surrounding area. right by the shops and restaurants, just a few minutes walk from exeter central and a stones throw from the cathedral the apartment itself is extremely spacious for a one bedrooms place, with a very good sized lounge with picture windows. everything is in ver good condition and would definitely stay again if returning to exter.

Perfectly situated for walking and both bus and rail station

Apartment was great for us. Only problem was given incorrect information re unloading and loading which caused problem on arrival. Information for future bookings access is available from 6pm to 10 am just to unload or load. Once this was resolved the next day, accommodation was extremely good

great location, beautiful apartment

Booked here for a 3 day stay and could not have been more impressed. The location is outstanding. Loads of restaurants just a few steps from the block. The main shopping centre is right outside & the cathedral maybe 100m away. The place itself is very nice with big picture windows & well equipped kitchen. Will be back.
