Great location, great communication with host, wonderful view of ocean, perfect for family with kids. The front porch is fabulous. My only recommendation would be an update on some of the bedroom furniture/bedding and a little work on the main bath. It truly is a great spot for families.

Cape May Heaven

This property is in such a great location. Walkable to everything including the grocery store! The house is very spacious and comfortable. But the porch is where we spent all our time. Rocking chairs for morning coffee and evening cocktails. You can see the beach and enjoy the sea breeze. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Great location for family

This house was just great for our family. A typical beach house with many beds, but we only had 6 adults and 2 kids, so it worked out fine for us. An older historic house, but the owners take very good care of it, we had everything we needed, and they were very accommodating and gracious. One short block to the beach and super close to downtown. Perfect for kids(and adults).

Good week!

We had 8 people in the house, three of those being 6 and under. Some of the bedrooms were a little crowded with not alot of extra room, but everything was pretty much as pictured. Furnishings and lights were older, but all in all, we had an enjoyable experience staying here. Great location and nice beach 1/2 block from the house.

Great beach house

Perfect little beach house. Only annoying thing was mailing of physical keys and having to plan out your own sheets and towels. Owner was up front about this in the listing though, so we were able to plan accordingly.

Bucket list destination

We had a great long weekend here the last weekend of the summer. We loved hanging out on the porch with our coffee in the morning and with snacks and cocktails in the afternoon in the rocking chairs. The convenience of being one block from the beach was awesome. Cozy couches in the livingroom for chilling out. Walking distance to mini-golf and shopping was nice. My family of 8 had a wonderful stay.

If the these are your top 3 priorities for a beach rental this is a great pick. An incredibly short walk to the beach with a 2nd and 3rd floor view of the beach made this a great rental for our family.

Location plus views!

Loved the property. Spent our days on the beach and our evenings on the giant porch looking at the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed for some big seafood dinners. Off street parking was perfect as we just left our car there and walked everywhere we needed to go.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our Cape May stay this year. The location is absolutely perfect. A short block to the beach (with beach views from the wrap-around porch) and just a couple of blocks to dining, shopping, mini golf and ice cream on the outdoor mall. The home is historic, so charm abounds, and it seems that the owner is updating. The brand new washer and dryer were standouts. If you are looking for a brand new home to rent, this wouldn’t be for you; however, if you are in search of a true Cape May home with plenty of space to spread out and an unbeatable location, then this is your place.

Our family visited Cape May for the first time in 2014 and fell in love with the town. We have since vacationed there each year and decided to purchase a house in the town.

Why they chose this property

This property is in the heart of Cape May and is within walking distance to all of its wonderful features, the beach, restaurants, shops, the Washington Ave. Mall, etc. You couldn't ask for a better location.

What makes this property unique

The first thing that we noticed about the house is the stunning wraparound front porch. This gives you a wonderful place to simply sit down, relax and unwind. With its ocean views from the porch as well as all of the floors in the house you will indeed feel like this is the ultimate vacation.
