Beautiful two-room apartment on the ground floor of a villa, tastefully furnished and with a beautiful garden, ideal for those who love tranquility. Excellent solution for lovers of kite surfing or for those who want to visit the countless beaches around Porto Pino which are about 15 minutes away on foot. Ideal for couples or families with one child, the apartment is rented with bed linen and towels. It is composed of a beautiful and spacious double bedroom and a sofa bed. The kitchenette includes two electric hobs, a microwave and washing machine. There is also a beautiful veranda from which you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and where you can eat outside around the table. Shower with hot and cold water also outdoors. Air conditioning. Animals not accepted, no smoking in the apartment

Posizione splendida ma occorre l’auto sempre e per tutto. Troppo piccolo il frigo anche se solo in 2 e metterei la TV limitando in qualche modo il volume

Appartamento curato, ottima posizione!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana presso questo appartamento; la descrizione è conforme all'alloggio, la camera matrimoniale è molto grande, la zona giorno un po piccola ma soggiornando d'estate questo non è un grosso problema essendoci un ampio porticato davanti con tavolo esterno. L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito e la posizione è davvero ottima, in pochi minuti si raggiungono le spiaggie di "Is Arenas Biancas" e dei "Francesi". Lo consigliamo per una coppia con un bimbo.

Una splendida vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie in questa struttura per 8 giorni. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con cortesia e gentilezza dalla referente locale, Sig.ra Daniela, che ci ha illustrato il delizioso appartamento. Il bilocale è curato nei dettagli, ben arredato e pulito. La camera da letto è molto grande e spaziosa. Inoltre nei giorni precedenti il proprietario ci ha comunicato via mail, dettagli sulle attrazioni vicine e durante il soggiorno ci ha scritto più volte chiedendo notizie sul nostro soggiorno e nel contempo ci ha consigliato cosa fare. Tutto ciò ci ha fatto sentire curati e coccolati ed a nostro giudizio le attenzioni ricevute fanno onore ai signori proprietari. Torneremo con gran piacere.
