Casa Lulu, cottage with garden a few steps from the beach

Casa Lulu is a terraced house (on two floors) located in a newly built residential complex, 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Porto Pino. It is a comfortable and pleasant house to live with a private garden on three sides, equipped with all the comforts necessary to spend a wonderful holiday in a town characterized by white sand dunes, crystal clear sea and above all far from mass tourism.
The outdoor area of the house is furnished with table, chairs, barbecue area, shower, umbrella, sunbeds and armchairs; the house has private access and parking space for exclusive use and a condominium green space inside the gates. Inside, on the ground floor is the living room with kitchenette (with dishwasher and oven), sofa, table with chairs, washing machine and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor the sleeping area offers two bedrooms (one double with large dresser and one bedroom with bunk bed and third extra bed, built-in wardrobe) and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available throughout the house.
The house is recommended for a comfortable and relaxing family holiday. Particularly suitable for children of all ages. It is equipped with convenient facilities for early childhood (changing table, cot, baby bouncer, high chair for meals, bikes for children and adults with child seats, etc.).
Less than 50 meters from the complex, there is a shopping center equipped with everything you need (mini-market, bar, butcher, newsagent and gastronomy). The house also offers 4 bikes, very useful for reaching the first and second beach, as well as for walks in the area or simply for shopping.
