the house "Il lentischio" located at the foot of the hill overlooking the village of Sant 'Anna Arresi, newly built and equipped with all comforts.
It enjoys a wonderful view towards the Gulf of PortoPino.
The house "Il lentischio" consists of 2 double bedrooms with respective bathrooms.
Large living room, with respective kitchenette, outdoor veranda with sea view where you can eat while being cooled by the breeze of the mistral wind.
Inside the property which is accessed through an automated gate, completely fenced off, there are parking lots.
Outside you can use the barbecue.
Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available.
