This is not located downtown. A private & quiet walkout lower level apartment ,packed with amenities in a beautiful neighborhood close to highway access and 5 minutes to Bike Rentals or Grand Ole Opry and Gaylord Opryland Convention Center.

There are restaurants, bars, trails, showboat rides nearby at Music Valley plus The Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Convention Center is 1 mile away.

Great stay at a cute apartment close to Gaylord Convention Center

We enjoyed our stay! It was quiet, private, clean, well accommodated, and the owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and having a great stay. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is a perfect place to stay for a single person or a couple. It's close to everything without being too close to the congested and expensive downtown area. It was quiet and I liked that there is a private outside area to relax if the weather is nice, or enjoy a meal if you want to. The host of this property is very kind, responds quickly if you have questions, and takes extra care to address any special needs you might have if possible. The bed (mattress) is very comfortable and the room has natural light, or the option to keep it in more of a room darkening mode if that is your preference.

Excellent Place to Stay!

This property was just right for my wife and me. Great location for the areas of Nashville we wanted to get to (it is not super far from anywhere really). Tammy was a fine host and had the place ready for us and very clean. We wanted a place with the highest rating - found this property and stayed at it - and will give the same high rating. We will plan to stay again in the future. It isn't huge - but fine for the two of us. Good neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great property! We had everything that we needed and the owner was available for any needs. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with great places to eat and to be entertained within a very short distance. Great live music near by! We will definitely stay here agin when we come to the Nashville area! I highly recommend staying here for a vacation.

Traveling with the band was hard we would get so tired of not having comforts of home.
When I travel I need a comfortable bed and good pillows.
I want quiet walls, windows and ceilings .

I don’t want to be charged for snacks, water, coffee /tea, tums, bandaids or a can of soup etc. because I am a “guest” not the owners ATM.

A good guest always takes care of everything from the towels to the floors. If an accident happens it’s ok, tell me. I’m reasonable.

My guests are VIPs!

The beautiful neighborhood.close to attractions and highway access. Very close to Opryland and the new Grand Ole Opry, Good restaurants, live music venues of new and old country and blues, even miniature golf, bike rentals and go carts and Blake Sheltons new laid back lounge Reds

Easy highway access to go anywhere!

Close to biketrail 2.5 miles. Rent and peddle the Greenway to Downtown or just walk
Close to boat ramp for entry to Cumberland River.
