Perfect

We spent two weeks at Gabicce Mare and had a great time. Monica and Lorenzo were very friendly and helpful hosts and supported us with everything we needed. They even had a toy and fresh water prepared for our dog!

Das Haus ist grosszügig und gediegen; die Vermieter (Monika und Lorenzo) waren sehr hilfreich. Es ist schade, dass es im Hause so dunkel ist, im September sollte man die Fensterläden ganz öffnen können. Das Haus liegt auf ca. 70m/M und ist über sehr steile Strassen und Gehwege erreichbar. Der Hinweis, das Meer sei in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar, ist irreführend und gilt nur für Sportler.

Ci dispiace molto che la casa sia risultata così scura per voi. E' la ristrutturazione di una casa in muratura storica, le aperture quindi corrispondono a quella tipologia architettonica. E' comunque la prima volta che riceviamo questo tipo di lamentela, anzi di solito è apprezzata perchè rimane fresca in estate, soprattutto al piano terra.

Wunderbares Haus oberhalb von Gabicce Mare

Ein Haus in dem man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, blitzsauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung standen frische Blumen am Tisch, es war Wasser im Kühlschrank auch auch an Dingen wie Öl Essig Salz.... war alles vorhanden. Der Garten ist schön aber leider war er zu unserer Reisezeit unbenutzbar, da die Mückenplage extrem war. Gleiches galt für die Gartensitzgruppe. Alle Fenster und auch die Balkontüren sind mit stabilen Mückennetzen versehen so dass man dort sicher ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Meer fußläufig in 5 Minuten allerdings ist der Weg sehr steil. Der Sandstrand ist nicht sehr breit, es gibt viele bewirtschaftete aber auch einen freien Strand. Gabicce ist ein Urlaubsort der Italiener, die Qualität der Restaurants damit sehr gut, es gibt einige tolle Fischlokale.

ottimo soggiorno, ideale per famiglie

Ottima accoglienza, casa pulita e spaziosa adatta a famiglie, dotata di tutti i comfort (tre bagni, lavanderia attrezzata, stoviglie e biancheria). Nei giorni più caldi del nostro soggiorno, la casa godeva comunque di una fresca arietta grazie alla sua posizione. Per scendere al mare c'è una strada piuttosto ripida ma breve (ideale per smaltire i pranzi luculliano preparati in una cucina veramente grande!) e volendo si potrebbe usufruire del servizio del trenino. Zona residenziale silenziosa e tranquilla.
