Awesome family vacation condo Located in a quite part of Myrtle Beach. A great view overlooking the Marsh and a world class Golf Course. The beach is right across the street with live entertainment from March to October at the most popular beach bar on the Grand Strand, Ocean Annies. The Shore dr/Arcadian area is one of the most popular resort destinations in Myrtle Beach with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and tons of activities for the kids. This unit is a 2BD/2Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa, sleeps 6. Totally remodeled with new countertops and stainless appliances With all the amenities of home. It includes cleaning fee, in unit washer & dryer and beach chairs. Rates range from $450 in the off season to $950 in the summer months. Also available to snow birds as a monthly rental. This property is located in a quite area of Myrtle Beach with about a 60 second walk to the beach. It's totally updated with beautiful views of the Marsh and golf course.
