Perfect stay near Versillian coast

The property is beautiful. The pool is really great—sparkling clean. There’s a toilet and a shower at the pool. Our host Silvia was extremely helpful and very responsive. She helped us make reservations at a beach club nearby and answer questions about restaurants. The house was very well equipped for children and infants with a crib and a highchair and a gate on the stairs. Looking out from the patio is a view of part of the Apuane Alps. Very pretty. I highly recommend La Pitorina.

Tolles Haus, toller Pool, sehr guter Lage - perfekt für Kleingruppen!

Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber. Toller Blick auf die Berge vom Garten/ von der Terasse aus. Privater Pool hat ein sehr flaches Stück, was selbst für kleine Kinder (<2 Jahre) super zum planschen geeignet ist. Pool ist zudem umzäunt. Lage ist super: 20min nach Lucca, 15min zum Meer, 30min nach Pisa, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Gastgeberin sehr nett, mit tollen (lokalen) Tipps und allgemein sehr entgegenkommend (Check-in, Check-out, „Benötigt ihr noch irgendwas?“).

Posto ideale per staccare dalla routine delle città. posizione molto tranquilla, appena fuori dal centro paese, ma al tempo stesso, vicina a tutte le strutture di prima necessità. la consiglio per le famiglie con esigenze diverse, dai nonni ai nipotipi, poichè coesistono spazi adatti ad ogni necesstà. hanno necessità di tanti spazi diversi

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Silivia ist wirklich toll. Eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Das Haus inkl. Grundstück ist geräumig/ weitläufig. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer. Der vierte Schlafbereich befindet sich oben im Flur (es kann eine Couch zum Schlafplatz umfunktioniert werden. Sprich keine vier Schlafzimmer). Toller Poolbereich, der durch einen Zaun geschützt ist (praktisch mit kleinen Kindern). Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Toskana

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Silvia's Haus verbracht und sind begeistert. Die Lage, das Haus selbst und der Pool sind super! Silvia ist ein toller Gastgeber, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auch viel geholfen hat. Vielen Dank!

Perfektes Ferienhaus zum erholen und wunderbare Gastgeber

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in Camaiore verbracht. Der Pool ist wunderschön und das Haus bietet alles für einen perfekten und erholsamen Urlaub mit Kindern und Freunden. Alle Geschäfte die man braucht sind wenige Meter zu Fuss entfernt und das Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig. Unsere Gastgeber waren wunderbar und immer für uns da.

Très bel accueil

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Silvia, sa maison est magnifique et bien située, à 15 minutes de la mer et aux pieds des montagnes et rivières. Les hôtes sont très chaleureux et toujours prêts à vous rendre service. N'hésitez pas à louer leur maison, elle vaut le déplacement.
