Special representation apartment in historic villa, located on the first floor with large terrace overlooking the sea.
The accommodation includes 8 beds on 4 bedrooms (plus a service wardrobe bedroom), a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room and closet. In the large living room there is also a sofa that can be used as an additional double bed.
The splendid terrace overlooking the sea is equipped for lunches and dinners and sun loungers. Beach furnishings provided. Own cabin on the beach floor.

Wenn man sich die Lage anschaut wo sich die Villa befindet dann sollte man nicht merkern. Top Lage direkt am Meer. Einige Sache sind jedoch sanierungsbedürftig, welche aber sehr störend sind. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder in diesem Domizil und wenn man Glück hatte gab es morgens beim Duschen warm Wasser. Meistens jedoch nicht. Ein solcher kleiner Warmwasser Boiler für dieses Domizil ist schlicht zu wenig. Wenn mal warm Wasser kam dann kam es immer wieder zu Abwechslungen zwischen warm- und kalt Wasser. Angenehm ist anders. Im Oberen Stock wo das einte Familienbett stand gab direkt eine Aussicht auf den unteren Stock - ohne Absperrung. Also sozusagen wie eine Fensterbank wo es ein paar Meter hinunter ging. Für Kinder mehr als gefährlich. Dass man solche Villen an Familien mit Kinder vermietet - unerklärlich. In einem Zimmer gab es sogar Ansammlungen von Ameisen - Igitt! Die Fenster und Türen sind alt - ja aber Dicht sind sie auf jeden Fall nicht. Dadurch konnte man praktisch jedes Geräusch hören. Wenn man dabei Schlafen kann dann Super. Das enzige moderne ist wohl die Geschirrspülmaschine! Auch WLAN Fehlanzeige und da der Mobilempfang in der Region so gut wie tot ist wird es sehr schwierig. Vielleicht wäre eine lokale Lösung (SIM Karte von einem italienischen Anbieter) besser. Wir sind absolute Italien Liebhaber aber was wir dort erlebten ist eher nichts für schwache Nerven. Die Villa hat Styl ja aber man sollte auch nicht zuviel erwarten. Wen das nicht stört ist die Villa auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Paradise lost/ Paradiso...ma dove? American/Italian couple

First of all I must say that Viviana (custodian) and Valentina (property manager) were helpful so this review is directed towards the property owner. I have to ask, when was the last time you visited this apartment? 1. Door to terrace, broken and impossibile to close. 2. Sheets and towels seemingly leftovers from god knows where. 3. Kitchen and all contents mismatching and either broken or incomplete, dishwasher missing handle to open. 4. Plastic furniture, beds obviously from some second hand shop, and washing machine that terrified our dog during the spin cycle. 5. Bathroom great for fans looking for a 1980’s retro style and in need of very little hot water. 6. Once beautiful Italian gardens are impossible to view. It is an atrocious mess with fencing blocking access as stairs are crumbling. 7. One of the other apartments had guests for New Years. They came with 5 large dogs and friends that slept on the beach in a tent. The morning after we were on the way to our car and were attacked by four of them. It is terrible that you have let this property disintegrate, but more shameful that you think that because the house is on the beach that we would be ok with paying to stay in such a mess. Such potential lost! We are feeling taken adventage of. To all future clients. Make sure you ask for updated photos and realize the weekly rent, exludes electricity and final cleaning. Following is my husbands review. “Splendida location” Credo che la posizione della casa che abbiamo affittato per una settimana per le vacanze di fine anno, sia una delle migliori su questa parte di costa, ma cio non giustifica la pessima qualita’ dell’appartamento, completamente fatiscente e privo di manutenzione da anni, non scendo in dettagli imbarazzanti, ne pubblico foto che documentano questo, ma invito la proprieta a farlo! Invece di mostrare troppe foto del terrazzo e della vista, mostri le camere dove gli ospiti, paganti, devono poi dormire! Questo era un dubbio, nella nostra scelta che ci era venuto, ma non pensavamo che si arrivasse a tanto, soprattuto in virtu del costo. l’affitto exclude pulizia e elettricità. Non mi soffermo sulle qualita degli accessori, stoviglie, lenzuoli , asciugamani, coperte.. tutto di terza mano, Purtroppo, anche di storico non ci e’ rimasto niente, visto che il frazionamento dell’immobile ha devastato in forza degli 11 appartamenti!

Sehr schönes Appartement

Die Lage des Appartements direkt am Meer ist aussergewöhnlich. Die Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters war stets gegeben und die Betreuung sehr freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert!
