Studio 547-1 is located up the hill in Caracol Peninsula, a well monitored and gated community in San Carlos.
This studio is part of a 4-studio unit and shares the garden, parking lot and laundry with the other 3 studios. You will still have your privacy as it has its own kitchen, dinning room and living room. It also has its own balcony from wich you can enjoy the beautiful view of Tetakawi peak and the Marina San Carlos entrance. There´s a full bed in the bedroom and its bathroom with shower.

AWESOME VIEW! This a beautiful efficient rental with all the amenities. the only down side for us was the bed and couch (a pull out bed) were extremely hard. other than that, great price, secure location, close to town, it was great.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for nine nights in May with our dog while working on our boat in the marina work yard. We loved the unit, neighborhood and property. The unit was even nicer than the pictures indicated and the view was epic. Nice cool breezes from the bay kept the property cool in the afternoons. Air conditioning worked well but we didn’t use or need it much. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog as well. A bit of a steep hike from the marina if you’re walking, but doable if you’re in shape. Will definitely stay here again.

The best views in San Carlos

We sat out every morning on our balcony and had coffee. And at times we were cooked dinner out there too. The air conditioners work great. I can’t say enough good things about the property

BEAUTIFUL Studio with unbelievable views !!!!

We TOTALLY enjoyed our stay at this Studio !!! It was PERFECT for our one-week stay in San Carlos !!! The sunsets were UNBELIEVABLE and the views from the unit are breath-taking !!! The unit was well-stocked, cute kitchen, comfortable bed, nice seating area to watch TV, and views to die for !!!! We spoke with the owner one morning and she was wonderful !!! We will DEFINITELY be back and HIGHLY recommend this rental property !!!

I was under the impression that the parking was gated and locked. That is true but there isn't enough parking places for all the apartments.

What a view!

My husband and I stayed here last week because our daughter had a beach wedding at Sunset Bar and Grill. (Which was stunning!). We chose this location because it was a few doors down from my parents house and it was pet friendly. This apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean, easy, well equipped, secure parking and the view for a tranquil morning cup of coffee was spectacular. It was perfect for us! Thank you!

Excellent Diving Base

The property is 5 minutes from the marina and some restaurants. The rest of San Carlos is only 10 minutes away. This made getting ready for diving each day very easy. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator. There is a locking parking area with a water hose that made rinsing and drying my dive gear a breeze. I plan on making this property my only choice for all my future dive trips to San Carlos Sonora.

The apartment has the best view in San Carlos. Very nice and safe neighborhood. The unit is well stocked and comfortable. It’s hard to believe how beautiful it all is. However, the strong winds of San Carlos get a bit tedious. The owners are nearby delightful if you meet them. Manager is very responsive to any request. Parking is a bit tricky if other tenants here but safe on the street so not a real issue. 👏

Absolutely Amazing

The photos don’t do the view justice! It is breathtaking. The unit itself is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The kitchenette is well stocked with everything you need and it is clear the owners have put a lot of love into this property. We shared a lovely garden and upper patio area with the three other units. Everyone had dogs and they all got along so it was an extra special place for our dogs. The little beach down the hill is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Be sure to bring your own beach and dog towels if you have dogs that like to swim in the ocean. There’s a hose in the yard perfect for hosing off pups after a swim. The unit came with bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels but no beach towels so be sure to bring your own if you plan to spend time at the beach. If you have dogs who like to swim in the ocean, you may also want to bring dog towels and extra sheets to protect the bedspread and sofa so you don’t have to worry. You’ll see our covers in the attached photos. (The bedspread is much nicer than the gray sheet in the photo. )

Just right for me.

Of course loved the view the best. House was clean and comfortable. Would happily recommend you and/or book your place for our future guests since I just bought a small house in San Carlos. If I can offer two small suggestions: more cooking equipment and cleaner laundry area.
