Beautiful home on Hillside with million dollar view overlooking Ocean and Bay

House has two master suites w/full baths upstairs and one double bunk bed and full bath downstairs. There is a terrace on the second floor with a BBQ grill outdor dinning table and fire pit. Another terrace is located on the roof with fantastic views of the ocean and bay. Also balcony's on each floor facing the ocean. There is a single and double kayak for your use. You can enjoy the small beach at the bottom of the hill from our home. There is a rocky beach on the other side of the hill after you go out pass the guard shack take the street to the right in front of the little store. There is a little side road between two trees to the rocky beach you can bring in our kayaks to explore the caves in the area. Guaymas is the closest city approximately 15 minutes away, you can find Walmart and other stores. Also there is horseback riding along the beach, boating, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, numerous beaches, restaurants, bars and hiking in the area. Sleeps 9.
