Grau d'Agde is a family seaside town situated on the Mediterranean coast at the mouth of the River Herault
Agde, Grau d'Agde and Cap d'Agde form the local commune which is steeped in history.
Grau d'Agde is the local fishing port of the area with working tuna boats still based here.
This apartment is located on the sea front just at the end of the main promenade.
It will sleep 2 people and has all the facilities for you to enjoy a seaside holiday.
There is one double bedroom with a large double bed to sleep two people.
The apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens onto the ample balcony terrace where you can relax and enjoy your aperitif and evening meal whilst absorbing the French culture.
The property lay-out also includes a shower room and separate toilet.
The main attraction of this apartment is the wonderful views over the Mediterranean sea and local petanque areas making it easy to enjoy the local boule competitions and various water activities as they take place.
A private garage is also available for clients within the price quoted - although MPV-type vehicles are too high to enter the parking area.
The apartment also provides a good base for exploring the other sights of the region, including wine tasting, boat trips on the Canal du Midi, oyster beds of the Etang du Thau, French markets and nearby historic cities like Pezenas, Carcassone and Aigues Mortes.

very nice holidays

We spent very nice and relaxing holidays here in Le Grau d'Agde. The apartment is perfectly furnished for 3 people and is very well equipped. The apartment is modern and was very clean. The kitchen with the grill outside offers everything you need Cooking needs. It has enough pots and pans, it has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine (filter also available) and a microwave with grill function. There is also a fan and all the necessary cleaning/washing-up liquid. A big 5⭐️Plus for the inclusive WiFi and the TV with access to your own Netflix and YouTube that can be used without a login, really great. But the very best thing is the beautiful view directly over the sea, the panorama over the entire beach with the boules playground. Many thanks to Janne and Sabine for the organization and the special services at check-in and check-out. That made the whole stay perfect. We are happy to recommend them and will definitely be back!!

Bel appartement, mais il manque des stores (ou volets extérieurs) pour les baies vitrées, ... ou une petite climatisation. Le garage est difficile d'accès pour les véhicules actuels (manœuvres compliquées). Excellent séjour malgré cela.

Accueil souriant et chaleureux du gérant, ce qui fait Tjs plaisir , appt bien conçu, super grande terrasse qui serait plus optimisé avec des rideaux ou stores car il y fait trop chaud les après midi, très bonne semaine nous y reviendrons car bcq de positif ( emplacement, propreté , espace voisinage , garage etc )

L'appartement est très bien placé avec une vue magnifique. Il est propre et suffisamment spacieux mais bruyant à cause de la VMC et des boulistes. La salle d'eau sent mauvais et le rideau de douche est trop collant. La personne qui gère est très professionnelle.

Bonjour, Emplacement de l'appartement très appréciable face à la mer, proche de nombreuses commodités (magasins lidl super U, supérette, restaurant, pizzeria) Très belle région où de nombreuses activités sont proposées pour petits et grands (iles des loisirs du coté d Agde (dinoland, lunapark, excursion en bateau, etc) de quoi bien s amuser avec les enfants. Face à l appartement, vous avez de nombreux adeptes de pétanques très agréables à observer jouer. Petit bémol, pas de machine à laver dans l appartement (soit à la main soit laverie près du magasin u) et pour ceux qui sont sensibles pour le sommeil, bruit de la ventilation important :(. Ceci dit, j y retournerai sans hésitation car nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous remercions chaleureusement Mme Cochrane la gérante qui est très avenante et disponible et aussi les voisins qui sont très gentils.

Très bon accueil, logement clair et spacieux avec vue imprenable de la terrasse. Très grande chambre avec grand lit. Le canapé pour couchage dans le salon n'est pas très confortable mais c'est le seul point négatif. Excellente location et grande gentillesse et disponibilité de la propriétaire. A conseiller.......

schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist auch toll. Man ist direkt am Strand, hat einen Boule-Platz vor der Haustüre und es ist nicht weit zu vielen Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäcker. Ein paar Gegenstände der Kücheneinrichtung wie Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe und Pfannen sind schon etwas älter oder in Anzahl und Ausführung nicht das, was wir zum richtig kochen hätten brauchen können. Aber solche kleinen Abstriche muss man eigentlich in fast jeder Ferienwohnung machen. Dafür ist das Bett super bequem und die Aussicht von der tollen Wintergarten-Terrasse ist unschlagbar.

Nous avons loué ce super appartement pour une semaine et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils, l'appartement était propre, il est très bien situé face à cette mer splendide. Cette location fait partie des meilleures que nous avons pu louer pour nos vacances. Nous espérons revenir dans quelques années !

Très bon séjour, super accueil , appartement conforme à nos attente pour passer des vacances en famille avec des enfants . il est bien équipés pour passer un bon séjour et bien situé en face de la mer , proche restaurants et commerces les vacances peuvent ce passer esclusivement à pied c'est top .un garage est également disponible pour la voiture . Il manquais juste là clim seul point négatif lors des grosse chaleurs . Je recommande fortement :)

Lovely apartment literally over the road from the beach

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony overlooking the beach and Mediterranean Sea is a real treat. Grau d'Agde is a good resort for families with safe, shallow seawater and plenty to do in the surrounding area. We were pleasantly surprised that the beach was not too busy, even on an August weekend. And the owner Jane responded really well to help with a problem that we had at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Un très bon rapport qualité / prix

Charmant appartement situé au 1er étage d'une résidence Calme avec une vue imprenable sur la Méditerrané malgré la proximité avec les terrains de boules et la voie piétonne J'y ai passé une excellente semaine avec mes 2 enfants. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Seul bémol, le petit garage pas facile d'accès mais pratique tout de même.
