Authentic Portuguese house completely refurbished

Very nice house completely renovated in 2016, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine ...). The 2 bedrooms have double beds with dressers. The living room sofa is new and convertible, it can easily accommodate a child.
The house is insulated and fitted with double glazing. An antenna can receive French TV (TNT).
The south / southwest exposure allows you to fully enjoy the sunny summers while being completely calm!
The garden of over 200m² allows the child to play and enjoy a magnificent view over the valley.

Braga is 10 minutes by car with all amenities (5th city in Portugal).
The Prado river is 2km away and the beach 30min.
The Gerês mountains are 35km away, Ponte de Lima 20mins and Porto 50mins.

We had a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the spacious garden and outdoor space. The house was clean, well equipped, and the hosts were very friendly. They made sure to regularly check that everything was going well, offered us fresh eggs, and even took the time to mail us a polaroid which we had forgotten at their place.

House was difficult to find and the host lives in France. When we found the house it was well appointed but had no wifi which we had to purchase separately. Well situated for touring the area where it is very cheap to eat and drink.

The house is cozy and comfortable and the view from the patio is fantastic. It is very quiet except for the clucking of chickens in neighboring gardens. Gaetan is a great host and is very responsive to questions and requests. The house is well located to visit northern Portugal. We had a very good time there.

Très bonne Communication, très reactif sur place quand on à une question ou un problème et très gentille ! La maison est toute mignonne et à tout ce qui faut, la 2ème chambre est un peu petite mais on y fait que dormir donc pas grave ! C'est une petite maison très entourées de maison, la dame qui vie en face avec son chat est trés gentille ! Dans les moments de grosse chaleurs il est difficile de rafraîchir la maison malgré les 2 ventilateurs, on peu essayer de dormir dehors mais prevoyer les produits a moustique ils sont affamés !

Muy bien situada, zona muy bonita, rica en artesania y oficios artesanales. Muy cerca de Braga y muy bien ubicada con Oporto. Totalmente recomendable para visitar el norte de Portugal

Das Haus liegt ruhig abseits aller Touristen. Die Ausstattung war funktional, Terrasse und kleiner Garten mit schöner Aussicht. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man den Norden Portugals inkl. Meer, Nationalpark und hübscher Städte wie Porto, Ponte de Lima, Braga besuchen möchte.Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, da wir weder Portugiesisch noch Französisch sprechen, es hat aber im Endeffekt alles problemlos geklappt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Nous avons été accuelllis par la maman de Gaetan.C'est une personne souriante et bienveillante. La maison se situe dans un lieu calme avec toutes les commodités necessaires.C'est tres agréable. A 5 mins à pied il y a un bar pour profier d'une vue superbe sur la montagne. Tres bon sejour.

Vacances au Portugal

Superbe séjour dans cette petite maison très sympathique, avec son charme et cette vue du jardin !! Très bien meubler il ne manque rien à ce petit cocon. Très agréable pour passer un séjour au Portugal dans ce beau village qui est Laje proche de toutes les commodité ( en moyenne 10min ) seul petit bémol l’endroit pour garer la voiture très compliquer. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un agréable moment. Et encore merci au propriétaire pour ça disponibilité par téléphone. Je vous conseil vraiment ce logement :)

Einfach, aber gemütlich

Das Haus hat den Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Dusche ist sehr einfach gehalten, aber funktionsfähig. Ein paar Dinge könnten erneuert werden. Der Grill ist nicht gerade der beste. Vorschlag: einen kleinen Gasgrill besorgen. Der Sonnenschirm und der Ständer sollte erneuert werden. Er ist kurz vorm umkippen. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und abends geht die Temperatur deutlich herunter. Zum schlafen ideal. Sehr ungewöhnlich war für uns,dass wir uns selbst um Internet kümmern mussten und fur das Gerät eine Sim Karte kaufen mussten. Diese hat jedoch für 14 Tage funktioniert, obwohl sie nur für 10 Tage angegeben war.

Séjour de vacances

Que ce soit nos contacts avec Gaëtan ou sa maman pour notre accueil, ou son papa pour nous aider sur nos problèmes de "télépéage", tous ont été à notre service et nous guider pour toutes nos questions, merci. Les photos de la maison et la description, sont conformes à l'annonce. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans une région que nous ne connaissions pas, certes il faut toujours prendre la voiture, mais cela nous a permis de visiter différents lieu, et en plus le 23, c'était fête de la Saint Jean à Porto :) La maison est suffisante pour 3 ou 4 personnes, avec 1 petite salle de bains, les toilettes auraient été séparés, cela aurait été un plus, mais on s'adapte. pour garer la voiture, il faut un peu de dextérité, mais ça passe. Sinon tout s'est bien passé, et si il fallait refaire le même séjour, oui pourquoi pas. encore merci à Gaëtan et à sa famille pour sa disponibilité

Super logement !

Je recommande cette maison qui est super bien située (proche de tous commerces) et d’un grand calme. C’est une maison apaisante qui est parfaite pour passer de bons moments et pouvoir visiter la région. Ne pas hésiter devant l’annonce, le propriétaire ainsi que sa famille sont super.

Propriété très agréable et bien équipée, propriétaire a l'écoute Seul bémol le gps qui ne nous a pas fait prendre a chaque fois le même itinéraire et on se retrouvait dans des ruelles étroites très difficiles d'accès et impossible de faire Demi tour
