Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder), hatte 2 Bäder (ohne Fenster), die sehr sauber waren, Parkplatz inclusive, abgeschlossenes Tor, Mini-Terrasse. Strände fußläufig, man konnte vom Fenster die Strände sehen. Mehrere Pubs ganz nah, auch großer Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Erdgeschosswohnung. Die Wohnung wird auch von Hundebesitzern genutzt, sie roch leicht nach Hund, insbesondere gab es in der ganzen Wohnung einen Hochflorteppich. Die Terrasse muss man sich mit den Nebenmietern teilen, auch kann man von außen leicht in deren Wohn- und Eßzimmer schauen. Der direkte Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse ist im für die Wohnung zugehörigen Bereich durch hohe Büsche des Nachbargrundstücks blockiert, nur am Rand und vom Küchenfenster aus zu sehen (schade). Es gab bei Eintreffen kein Klopapier, in der Küche keine basics, auch kein vorhandener Müllbeutel (bei dem Preis für die Wohnung eigentlich zu erwarten). Dafür Spülmittel, allerdings nicht für die Spülmaschine. Es war sehr hellhörig, über dem Kinderschlafzimmer ist die Küche der darüberliegenden Wohnung. Die Wohnung wird über einen anderen Anbieter weitervermittelt (Sykes-Cottages), mit denen man auf Englisch kommunizieren muss. Es wird einem eine Telefonnummer für die zuständige Mitarbeiterin gegeben, die einem die Schlüsselübergabe erklärt (wo die Lockbox für den Schlüssel ist). Leider hat die gute Dame nicht ein einziges Mal zurückgerufen, sodass wir über den Hauptanbieter und den Hausbesitzer das Versteck für die Lockbox herausfinden mussten. In der Decke der Küche ist ein Fenster, auf dem gerade kleine Möwen das Ausfliegen gelernt haben, es war extrem zugekackt, was echt eklig war und laut vom Herumspringen der Möwen. Vermutlich ist das nur saisonal bedingt und wird hoffentlich ab und zu gereinigt. Alles in Allem eine schöne Wohnung mit ein paar negativen Kleinigkeiten. Für den Preis in der Hochsaison würde ich sie vermutlich nicht mehr buchen, aber in der Nebensaison schon nochmal.
