Above expectations

This house is a jewel. Modern, pristine, secure, and located on a small, quiet street, it is a comfortable walk from the medieval and renaissance city and the main piazzas of Padua, in a better location than at the very center. The house's owner, Angela, is professional in all respects, friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. You won't easily find a better place in Padua with this value for your money. The house is meticulously prepared for your visit, and consists of two fresh and comfortable large double bedrooms, a wooden-embelished hallway, a large, well-outfitted kitchen, a quiet bathroom, and a pleasant, enclosed lawn area where you where you can sit under a magnolia tree, relax and muse. Ten on a scale of 10. And so close to Venice.

Großzügige Wohnung mit freundlicher Vermieterin

Padua selbst ist keines der Highlights für Touristen (mal abgesehen von den Giotto-Fresken und den vielen Kirchen), aber sehr günstig gelegen. Venedig ist nicht weit, und in den Colli Euganei kann man sehr gut wandern und dort in Agriturismi auch sehr gut essen. Die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist auf den ersten Blick nicht attraktiv, aber ruhig. Die Wohnung hingegen ist sehr angenehm: Durch den Eingangsflur und die Wohnküche wirkt sie mit zwei Zimmern sehr großzügig. Den Vorgarten kann man mitnutzen (außer in der Dämmerung wegen der Stechmücken). Die Vermieterin hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wir würden es wieder tun!

Ciao julia. La strada in cui si trova l'app.to è una strada tipica di padova con case di proprietà ognuna con il suo giardino. Molto tranquilla con un supermercato comodo. Per le zanzare ci attrezzeremo ti aspetto presto e con moto piacere.

Pretty, Pretty, With All Conveniences

This apartment meets every requirement you can have: pretty, spotless, equipped with all sorts of appliances and cookware. The gracious owner even picked us up at the station. One big plus is a garden furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Die Wohnung war super und gepflegt. die Lage wirklich optimal in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohung ist in einer ruhigen Gegend aber doch nicht wiet vom Zentrum. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sin in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Betreuung der Vermieterin war angenehm und sie stand uns für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gefplegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
