The ground floor also includes a shower room and a separate WC. An open kitchen is integrated into the living area, equipped with an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and 1 room with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. The property also benefits from a small terrace of 6 square metres and a generous private garden of 400 square metres, both ideal for outdoor relaxation.
