Our advantages:

You will find on the ground floor:

- A large living room with dining room and TV lounge
- A separate, fitted and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle
- A separate toilet
- A shower room
- a very large laundry room in which you can store your nautical equipment

Guests can enjoy a terrace in front of the house.

You can park 3 vehicles in the property.

- A bathroom with shower and toilet

The preparation of beds is optional to be requested from Marie 24 hours before your arrival (option 5 euros per bed prepared)

Cleaning is not included - you can ask Marie for the cleaning option (150€). Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

If you arrive after 8pm, the service will be charged at €10 per hour

If you wish to leave after 10am, the service will be charged at €10 per hour until 3pm maximum depending on the possibilities

Smokers are welcome but outside with an ashtray.

Small pets are allowed (10kg max).
