- Duplex terrace + solarium where you can enjoy a sitting area with table and six chairs.

- Independent kitchen with very functional gallery and fully equipped.

Lovely apartment, close to beach and restaurants

We were looking for a relaxing stay in the middle of our trip to Spain, and this was just right. The unit was quite comfortable and nice for the two of us, and the resort is right at the end of the beach walk, with lots of great places to eat nearby. (And the pool was exceptional.)

We loved our stay in the Oriental Apartment by the beach and fell in love with the city of Valencia. From a value for money perspective, the whole area is expensive to stay (compared to other areas we've been staying in Spain, including Cardoba and Denia). That noted, within this area, this apartment does appear to give good value for money.

Mooie appartement, super locatie! Schoon, met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt op vakantie. Goed contact met de verhuurder, reageerde snel bij vragen en zeer behulpzaam. Top vakantie gehad!

Отличные Апартаменты в Валенсии

Замечательные Апартаменты с парковкой, прямым выходом на пляж, работающим кондиционером (это очень важно! Дважды в Испании попадались Апартаменты со сломанным кондиционером, хотя принимающая сторона уверяла в обратном), быстрым интернетом и большим бассейном. До центра Валенсии 10 мин. На машине, до прекрасных ресторанов на пляже Мальваросса 4 мин. Парковочное место не большое, но мне удавалось припарковать Citroen Berlingo XL, так что вполне себе! Close to the beautiful beach, parking, wi-fi, pool, location and host Antonio was very helpful. Бассейн в выходные дни был забит купальщиками. Pool a bit overcrowded on weekends

Muy recomendable

La casa está muy bien cuidada, limpia y ordenada. Las terrazas y vistas que tiene son muy agradables. Todo tipo de comodidades: calefacción, mantas, toallas, sábanas, cafetera, etc... La cisterna del wc pierde un poco de agua, así que hacía algo de ruido. Pero seguro que tiene fácil solución )
