Wonderful Apartment

We had a fantastic week staying at this apartment, very comfortable, lots to see & do on doorstep. We took taxi's into Valencia only a 15 minutes ride away, would not hesitate to recommend

Wonderful vacation at Valencia

We ( 8 persons) enjoyed our vacation very much. In the flat there are every things und more which you can use for your stay! The flat is so nice like the description. The seaview is stunning from each room!!! Thank you Isabel & Gabriel very much for our wonderful vacation at your flat & we will definitely come again.

Beautiful views

The only thing that could have improved our stay was the comfort of the beds. I would put new mattresses on all the beds, possibly putting a queen or king in the master. And also new pillows on the beds. The apt would then be a number 5 You can’t beat the gorgeous views!!

Enjoyed our stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was simple, yet comfortable. We loved the views and many useful things at the property. I would suggest the beds could use an upgrade as they were very hard and uncomfortable. The area was beautiful, even in the off-season, and within close proximity to Valencia. The host was responsive and tried to help where possible. Plumbing problems, one fixed next day, the other, hopefully fixed after our stay because it required a plumber.

Emplacement conforme. Le point d'amélioration c'est que le logement est clairement adapté pour 6 personnes mais au delà c'est compliqué. Il n'y a que 7 ou 8 petites cuillères aussi de mémoire, il faut remettre une table de l'extérieur si nous voulons manger ensemble.. Bref il mérite 5 étoiles pour 6 personnes mais au dela cela reste un peu plus compliqué dans l'organisation.

super, hat alles perfekt geklappt Die Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden, war aber ok, wenn man sich die Bettdecke als Topper genommen hat.

Tatsächlich würde ich die Wohnung nie wieder buchen. Es wurden einige Dinge im Inserat nicht erwähnt. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, der Beuler für Warmwasser musste nach 3 Personen immer wieder aufheizen, die Dachterrasse sehr schmutzig und keine gescheiten Terrassenmöbel. Der Pool war ca 500 Meter weit

Vi havde et super ophold her med dejlige terasser og helt ud til vandet. Fin og hjælpsom ankomst. Køkkenet havde alle fornødenheder. Misvisende at man skal betale for den store pool som der er billede af, men ellers et meget fint sted. Hårde senge som trænger til en topmadras 😀

Außerordemtliche Betreuung, große, sehr saubere und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung (z. B. scharfe Messer). Dazu die direkte Strandlage mit fantastischem Meerblick von Balkon und Dachterrasse. Immer wieder gerne!

Tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt etwa 1 Std. vom Zentrum von Valencia entfernt. Hier läßt sich Stadt- und Badeurlaub gut verbinden. Die Taxen sind dort auch günstig. Wir waren 5 Leute, Platz wäre für mehr Menschen, aber ein Schlafzimmer hat keinen Schrank. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Fijn verblijf

Het appartement voldoet, maar verwacht geen paleis. Het uitzicht is prachtig en de ligging aan zee is prima. Je kunt gratis gebruik maken van het zwembad middenin de bijzondere wijk. Het appartement beslaat twee verdiepingen, 3 eenvoudige slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een smalle woonkamer en keuken met alle apparatuur en een balkon op de 5e verdieping en een slaapkamer en dakterras op de zesde verdieping. Er is airconditioning en een lift. Een prima uitvalsbasis om naar Valencia te gaan. Wij hadden fietsen gehuurd; je fietst er in een half uur naar toe. Valencia is een mooie stad om te bezoeken. Met Isabel van het appartement, goed contact gehad. Al met al een prima verblijf gehad.

Klein en niet volledig appartement.

Wij vermaken ons wel met 7 vriendinnen van +/- 40 jaar. De omgeving is lekker rustig en er is een supermarkt/taxi standplaats/ restaurants op ongeveer 10 minuten loopafstand. Het uitzicht is top over de zee vanuit vrijwel het grootste gedeelte van het appartement. Alleen zijn er wel wat op en aanmerkingen. Het is een klein appartement helemaal voor 7 personen met 4 á, 5 pers zit je goed. Het zitje helemaal boven is niet zoals op de foto en ligt volledig in de zon (met 33 graden is dit geen fijn plekje om te zitten). Binnen zitten met 7 personen is aan de kleine tafel is ook behelpen maar buiten is dus ook lastig. Er zijn geen theedoeken aanwezig, 1 handdoek pp aanwezig voor 4 dagen, het zwembad is niet gratis maar kost 9 euro incl bedje en moet je blijkbaar reserveren dus wij hadden pech dit staat niet in de advertentie beschreven, een minimaal aan spiegels/prullenbakken en een zeer kleine keuken. We hebben geen informatie gekregen over de airco en hadden dus ook geen idee hoe deze te bedienen. De trap naar de 2e etage is zo smal en wiebelig dat dit helemaal niet fijn aanvoelt om op en neer te lopen. De bedden zijn ook zeer smal en je continue het gevoel hebt dat je eruit valt. Er ligt geen map met leuke restaurantjes, wifi code enof andere tips.
