Turquoise Place Resort is Orange Beach, Alabama's most luxurious condo rentals, including exclusive accommodations! This resort offers private hot tubs and gas grills on each balcony! Gulf front 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo on the 13th floor in the C tower. Sleeps up to 13. There is a King in the master, a King in guest bedroom 1, two double beds in guest bedroom 2, and then two Queen sleeper sofas and a Twin sleeper chair. This unit has a surround sound system. At Turquoise Place, you have full access to all amenities including an outdoor lazy river, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 Huge indoor pools/hot tubs with spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. If you want to stay on the beach in the lap of luxury, this is is!

Really comfortable beds. Living area furniture in need of replacement and walls and decor ready for refresh. Kitchen had no microwave worthy pieces for preparation and no liquid measuring cups and incomplete dry measuring sets.

Such a treat!

It was such a treat to stay at this spacious, lovely condo for our annual beach trip! My daughter and two-year-old granddaughter and I split our time between the beautiful beach and the fun lazy river and pools. We also enjoyed nearby dinners at The Gulf, Lu Lu’s and GT’s. We’ll return!

Local get away!

Great views! Great kitchen. Sun zero refrigerator was annoyingly difficult to open as suction was too strong. Kitchen also needs a deep clean. Very spacious . Beautiful condo and complex!!

We enjoyed every bit of this property! Beautiful views of the beach. Fun times at the lazy River, pools, hot tub. The place was big enough for our two families… 4 adults 3 kids. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for making everything so easy for check in and check out. We travel a lot and this was relaxing with being able to grill on the balcony, view the beach while kids were in hot tub. Inside out condo was just great!

Beautiful property. Prickett Properties were perfect, responsive, and reliable. Spectrum on the other hand (company in charge of cleaning the hot tubs), not so much. The hot tub was pretty nasty and Spectrum kept telling us that they were going to thoroughly clean it, but never actually did. Though overall, a very nice place to spend a vacation. Would stay there again.

We had an amazing time and the condo was perfect but we did have an issue with the front door lock when it stopped working due to a mechanical issue and the the hot tub wouldn’t heat and had to be reset. Otherwise it was just what we were looking for.

Great property at a great price

This is our 3rd staybat turquoise place and first with prickett. The property was less expensive then our previous stays but i fully believe that os because of some of the small issues. The master jacuzzi did not operate, there was a huge crack in the kitchen granite, and the condo was a little dirty upon arrival (we asked and were granted early check in so that is likely our fault) All in all the condo is a great deal at the price as long as you aren't a snob. We will likely book again.
