This luxurious Villa situated on a 1000 m² plot with a 450 m² house and featuring tropical gardens, is located in a neighborhood that enjoys a wonderful climate almost year-round. It's ideal for golf enthusiasts, with a 27-hole course just a short walk away, offering up to three different routes. Cycling enthusiasts can also enjoy routes through Los Toruños Natural Park. Water sports lovers will find a wide variety of options, with sailing and other nautical activities perhaps being among the most attractive choices for visitors, thanks to the numerous modalities available, including courses in sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and more. And let's not forget the world of flamenco, with academies offering courses for those interested. The villa's design is dominated by a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, offering views of the gardens and swimming pool. A living and dining room with a fireplace is connected to the kitchen by a peninsula, creating a comfortable and inviting space. The house has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, all exquisitely decorated. Each bedroom has a TV and beds ranging from 1.5 to 2 meters in width. There are two bedrooms per floor.

Lovely villa

A spacious villa with a well equipped kitchen and quality fixtures and fittings. Our host Susana was always on hand to help and even unpacked our pre-ordered grocery shop for us. The only downside was that the pool was very cold for an October visit however I'm sure that it would be perfect in the Summer.

Absolute luxury to have 6 en-suite bedrooms! Exactly as the photos. Accommodation best suited to adults and older children. Very well appointed kitchen with very appliance. Accommodation has 4 yes four fridges. Plenty of crockery cutlery and glassware. Bonus to have beach chairs and bicycles. Beds super comfy too..Best of all was our communications with Susanna before during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble which gives a strong piece of mind. We walked to the beach, to carrefour and there are two local restaurants also walking distance. Taxi available to travel further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Superb villa

This was a stunning villa, with a good sized pool in a beautiful mature garden and we had a wonderful time staying there. The villa was so well equipped and had everything you needed and more. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The villa was in a very quiet suburban area and was situated a 10-15 minute walk from the beautiful beach. Restaurants were a 10 minute walk but you needed to drive to the towns. The host was very amenable and checked we were ok several times.

Fabulous house

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the house is in person. My friends were very impressed and were very happy that I chose this house and the location. The house was very clean. There were 4 grocery stores nearby, so making shopping very easy. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. El Puerta Santa Maria is a lovely town and Jerez, Cadiz, and Chipiona were very shorts drives away, all less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this house if you are planning on visiting this part of Spain.

Beautiful villa

Myself and my 10 girls had the most incredible stay here. The villa itself is simply stunning. The bed rooms were all spacious and comfortable. Lots of communal places inside and outside the property to enjoy. The pool was excellent and kitchen very well equipped. The beach and beach bar was just a ten minute walk and supermarket a 5-7 min walk equipped with everything you could need. Taxis in the area were very easy to order and prompt with a ride into main town approximately 10 mins (or a 40 min walk). Susanna the host was very welcoming and very quick to reply with any questions we had. One note Vrbo do charge a 220 euros cash cleaning fee which wasn’t clear when we booked. Overall we loved it and we very much look forward to coming back again.

Beautiful Ville. Perfect for a group of friends. Everything promised and more. Susana was wonderful.

We were a party of ten retired friends and stayed for 6 nights. The Villa is beautiful and well maintained and equipped. Susana, our hostess, is a jewel. She pre-bought groceries, helped arrange a day trip to Tangier, responded quickly to all requests and was a delight to meet. The back patio is really a nice get together spot. The marble floors and spiral stairs are beautiful. It is a quiet residential setting, but is nicely located (Seville, Gibraltar, Cadiz and the white hill towns) if you have a car. Susana also recommended a local chef whom we employed for five nights. Very reasonable for a large group. Joaquin, bought the food, made multiple dishes, and did all the clean-up. I highly recommend the entire experience.

A 50th Anniversary stay

We stayed at the villa for a week in July 2024 as part of our anniversary plans. The were 11 of us including 3 couples with two 2 year olds. We were keen that everyone should have their own bedrooms with easy access to bathrooms. The villa is as described and the host communicated well with us during check in. Overall the villa is in good shape, well maintained and has most things you would need. The kitchen is well equipped although cookware and plates are stored in what appears to be a random manner. The bedrooms are a good size with two on the first floor two on the ground floor and two in the basement. All the bathrooms were clean and worked well. The pool is a good size and clean and there is an outside toilet and shower too. The garden is secluded and a reasonable size with two BBQs. You will definitely need a car or to use taxis if you want to explore restaurants, cafes and shops. We would certainly recommend the villa for a large family or group of friends.

¡Una casa FANTÁSTICA!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa. La atención antes, durante y después ha sido impecable. La casa fantastica, no le faltaba detalle. El unico PERO es que las habitaciones de la planta baja son muy oscuras. Hemos ido una familia de 14 personas y a todos nos ha encantado.

Villa estupenda y muy bien ubicada

La villa es muy bonita y con una muy buena distribución con las 6 habitaciones con baños en suite. Toda la casa es un jardín perfectamente cuidado con plantas a cual más bonita. A la zona de terraza con piscina se le saca mucho partido. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para 12-14 personas. Susana y Jose Luis, súper amables, han estado pendiente de los menores detalles y de resolver las incidencias. La limpieza impecable y más para ser una casa tan grande. Razonablemente cerca de la playa. En resumen que ha sido una estancia de lo más recomendable.

Great family stay

Amazing villa with everything you could possibly need, a car is essential really. Supermarket is a 8min walk, beach 15 min walk. There's loads of space inside and out, pool is a great size but could have done with a shock whilst we were there. All in all a great stay with the family and communication with the agent was fantastic and happy to help us order taxis. Thank you I'd definitely recommend a stay for a relaxing break.

Not quite perfect but very nice property.

This property is beautiful but tired. I have given it a 4 out 5 because, when you look closely, you realise it needs a bit of attention. The downstairs is brilliant specially the garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen is really well set up and had everything we could need. The bedrooms where light and airy and very comfortable. Perfectly suited for what we needed and we had a great time celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. However, there were several details that took a bit of shine out of it. There were numerous "wonky" things specially in the bathrooms. The showers were really powerful and great but the drainage could not keep up with and will flood the floor constantly. The hot water worked only on and off. The waste disposal draw in the kitchen opened and close of its own accord and none of the television in the bedrooms, worked property as had no signal. Also, the top terrace was not as advertised and looked awful when we arrived. All the above was reported to Sussana who immediately sent a team to sort everything out. The terrace looked much better and several of the "wonky" things were sorted out. However, the engineer did not sort the televisions out and the drainage continued to flood the floor and instead of relaxing in the lovely showers, had to make sure you were facing a particular way to avoid the flooding. Sussana was really helpful and always acknowledged the points we were making but it came to a point that, after numerous messages we exchanged I felt really awkward and decided not to report back that some of the things we had problems with were still not sorted. I do recommend this property, it is exactly what we needed. I am sure that Susana and her team will sort those little niggles out.

Bonita villa

La villa es muy bonita, muy amplia , muy limpia y Susana es muy amable, pero las fotos que se publican no son la realidad, para empezar el jardín parecía más amplio de lo que es en realidad, las habitaciones, que ponen semisónato, son un sótano, las habitaciones y los baños son perfectos, pero éstas en un sótano, no hay luz , hay humedad y encima había cucarachas, que debía ser un problema del alcantarillado en general, pero los que durmieron ahí, tuvieron que dormir en el sofá alguna noche, no pagamos para eso, aparte de ese problema , la casa está equipada con todo detalles, tanto las habitaciones como los baños, son magníficos, la playa no está tan cerca como pone, 15 minutos andando, pero bueno lo hemos pasado muy bien

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung und verfügt über einen großen Pool. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Für unsere Gruppe mit 12 Personen hatte das Haus eine angenehme Größe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets freundlich und professionell. Aufgrund der Corona Pandemie mußten wir unseren Aufenthalt 2x verschieben. Auch dies war ohne Probleme möglich. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Oasis of comfort.

This was a post covid family holiday with ages 3 - 69. The beds were very comfy. Wifi was terrific. An enormous amount of tech and kit in the kitchen. Beer fridges everywhere you would want one. The pool was marvellous, - big enough for a proper swim. A superb place.

Suzanne, the owner was extremely helpful. The house is very clean with very comfortable mattresses and lovely white sheets. Everything you would need is in the fabulous kitchen. The outside eating area is very comfortable. We had a wonderful cook, I would highly recommend her. I have rented many houses in Puerto de Santa Maria over the last fourteen years, and this house is the best so far.

What a lovely house!!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful house. Everything was at our convenience. The kitchen was well equipped and rooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated. The owners are very friendly and hospitable people. The garden, with outdoor barbecue and fridge, and terraces are very inviting. There are only 2 things that might be improved: the waterpressure in the showers is very low when showers in two or more bathrooms are used at the same time, and after a day without sunshine the showers produce no warm water. The second point of improvement is the lighting in the house. Almost everywhere in the house very white led-lights are being used, which creates a rather cold atmosphere; Western-European citizens rather prefer warmer lightingcolours in their houses in order the create a cosy atmosphere. Nevertheless we had a great time. Thanks to Susana for her hospitality!!

Prima Haus für große Familien oder viele Freunde

Nach einer kürzeren Fahrt vom Flughafen, wurden wir freundlich empfangen und waren sehr beeindruckt von dem attraktiven Haus mit sauberen und wohnlichen Schlafzimmern und Bädern. Auch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer bot viel Platz für unsere spielenden Kinder! Sogar um den Swimmingpool wurde eine Kindersicherung angebracht! Die Küche ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und wenn man mal keine Lust zum Kochen hat, kommt ein guter Koch ins Haus, also eine rundum Serviceleistung. In der Umgebung findet man 2 Supermärkte und ein wunderschöner Strand ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kurz gesagt, wir waren sehr zufrieden! Susana war die perfekte Betreuerin, es gab keine Probleme, nur Lösungen!! Grüße aus Deutschland!!
