First floor-Walk to pool, BBQ and hot tub. Golf course frontage. Paradise

Our condo is a piece of paradise. Private and comfortable ground floor unit with no stairs. Completely remodeled and offers high speed WiFi and a 50" Sony Smart TV for entertainment. Everything you need from the beach chairs and boggy boards to a wet bar on the lanai to relax and have cocktails. Staying at this unit includes access to the Waikoloa Village Pool and Tennis Courts (free) discounts for the golf on the Robert Trent Jones, Jr designed course in the back yard. There are great pros to assist with private or group sessions if you desire. Next to the Clubhouse is Banj's restaurant and bar for cocktails and casual dining. There are many other beautiful golf courses nearby also.

Waikoloa Villas have two lovely pools, each with jacuzzis, BBQs and covered eating areas.

At the Village Market Center, there is a full service grocery story and pharmacy along with some great local restaurants like Lava Java, Pueo's, Thai and Mexican cuisine.

Short drive down the hill takes you to the Queens and Kings Shop which have great restaurants and shopping. Roy's, Sansei Japanese, Macaroni Grill and a food court with some local favorites. The shops also have free entertainment throughout the month, check listings.

Great beaches within 20 minute drive include A-Bay (Anaehoomalu Bay), Hapuna, Spenser Beach, Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea's beaches. Take the chairs and boggy boards.

Up the hill to Kamuela-Waimea town, on Wednesday's and Saturday there are great Farmers Markets with vegetables, crafts and delicious foods. Also two larger grocery stores- KTA and Foodland.

Hiking is found all over the islands with valleys, waterfalls and secluded green sand beaches are calling you. Volcano National Park, The City of Refuge and the other Federal Historic Sites and Hawaii State Sites are all worth a visit.

The whole island is a scenic drive on the beltway roads. The changes in climates on the island is fantastic. It has 13 out of the 16 climates found on earth here.

Our lodging was the oasis at the end of full days of touring the island. The condo setting provided a habitat for several species of birds. We were awakened by bird song every morning. All in all we had a restful vacation.

Excellent location!

Property was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. It’s in a great location - close to beaches and Waimea. I bring my own pillow (recommended) and bed is comfortable. We slept well with the windows open due to the cool trade winds. Highly recommend this place!

This condo was very well equipped, they shared ice-chests, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and even snorkel gear. The book had good recommendations for places to go. It was a nice stay, would stay here again.

This is a lovely place. Quite spacious for two people, very clean and comfy! Everything was easily accessible with very organized instructions, activity suggestions, etc. the complex was very nice as well with friendly people. We highly recommend this place!

Private and beautiful condo

This is a great place for a getaway for two. It’s an end unit, so very private, but still just a few steps from the pool and hot tub which were so refreshing and relaxing. The condo is very clean and clean. The queen bed is very soft and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living space. We appreciated the use of the beach gear and the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course view each morning and waking up to the turkeys outside. We’d definitely stay here again.
