The pool and garden are fully enclosed and can be accessed from the main entrance or patio doors from the liviing room. The pool is perfectly overlooking the boats and has ample lawn and terrace space for sun worshipers to relax.There is also a large uncovered dining area with a mobile barbecue unit and a large table and chairs. The front door at the side of the villa opens into the spacious lounge/dining area which has ample seating and a wall made entirely of windows overlooking the quay and pool.The large, fully equipped kitchen is to the left and has a strategic window to the garden.
