Very clean property in a nice quiet location which made for a relaxing holiday. Host was excellent to communicate with and one or two small queries were immediately sorted.

We had such a lovely stay at the villa. Pedro’s communication was perfect, the villa is kitted out for all your needs and so well kept. There’s a few local spots within walking distance which is great but highly recommend using Uber for supermarket delivery if you don’t have a car. Will definitely be back, thank you

Eveything was great for our stay. Everything was super clean and the pool area was great. The location was great for us as we wanted to be a short drive (rental car or taxi) from old town and new town. Plenty of street parking for our 2 rental cars. We would definitely stay there again!!!!!!

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed and the house is still perfect and Pedro is a great host. Great location, quiet and easy 10-15mins walk to bars, restaurants and beaches. An amazing south facing pool area. The house is very clean and very well prepared with everything needed and many additional touches. Thanks again Pedro and we will be back!

A Perfect, Peaceful Getaway!We recently stayed here from 24th September to 9th October, and it was an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Everything about this holiday was excellent, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.A special mention must go to our host, Pedro. His communication was exceptional and always prompt, incredibly helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel completely at ease from the moment we booked.The property itself is beautiful, with a number of qualities:The Bedrooms: Very spacious with two having on-suit and balcony.Housekeeping: During our two week stay, the beds and towels were replaced and rooms were cleaned.Living Area: Ideal for families and very spacious.The Kitchen: Has everything you need and more.The Pool: Pristine, refreshing, and the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun every day. Everything was totally to our satisfaction!Pedro heated the pool, before our arrival, and it was totally comfortable, even at the end of February.The kitchen was modern and totally equipped with every utensil possible.The home was modern and beautifully furnished.Pedro was in touch with us, checking in on our comfort and any need, and he responded immediately to all queries. Wonderful house with a nice pool, in a quite part of Albufeira, all what you need to come down and to relax. There is a nice beach which can be reached on foot.

The villa was exactly as described! It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was great for exploring the region. Our group enjoyed loved coming back to relax by the pool after our day. Pablo was very attentive in communicating when questions arrived prior to our arrival and while we were enjoying our stay. It was a positive experience and if I ever return to the area I would appsolutly stay again.

Perfect family stay

Gorgeous pool! Lots of space for a family with everything you need. The home is warm, modern and comfortable. Our host was was the best, responded quickly to a few very minor hick ups. We felt welcome and well looked after.
