The apartment is comfortable, is newly built, and has 48 m². It has views to the sea and to the garden.

The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



Gemelos 26 Apartments is a private apartment building for rent. They do not have a reception in the basement of the building. The reception is in our FINCAS ARENA office.



The community area of the building, as well as its services (swimming pool, heated pool, tennis court, paddle tennis court, children's games, garden area around the pool or any other type of facility or service), do not depend on us and the hours of operation and conditions of use will be as indicated by the Community of owners.



The apartments have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance. Upon departure, they must be left clean, tidy and without rubbish (otherwise the extra cost will be deducted from the deposit).



Pets of any kind are only accepted "upon request" and must be expressly accepted in writing by us and may carry a supplement (ask us).



Each apartment has a private underground parking space for one car.



Wi-Fi is an optional service (for a fee).

Our clients have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service in the apartment through a contact telephone number (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office). The misuse or abuse of this service will entail a cost for the client.



The keys are always handed over to our reception office, not in the building you have reserved, for this you have to come to Fincas Arena, if you arrive after closing the office in the afternoon or on a holiday, there will be a list in the window with the name of the clients and a telephone number to call and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you plan to arrive after hours and notify us, they help us to organize and minimize your wait when you arrive at our office). Optionally we can bring the keys to the address of the apartment but this service has a supplement (ask us).



Outside of working hours we only deliver 1 set of keys to the apartment and if you let us know that you come with a car, a remote control or access key to the parking lot, when you check-in we can give you another set of keys to the apartment.



In this case, the next morning, except Sundays and holidays, they have to go through our office to present the ID or passport of all the occupants (it is required by law).



The apartment photos shown on our website are of a typical apartment, since having several apartments in each building and being privately owned apartments, there may be variations in the type of furniture or decoration, height, views, etc., but the description services are practically the same in all.



The entrance to the apartments is at 5:00 p.m. (if the apartment is cleaned and prepared before, the keys can be delivered before (it may incur an extra cost).



The departure of the apartments is at 10:00 a.m. (if you wish to leave later, ask our staff about the possibility of making a late check-out of the apartment. (Extra cost), it is subject to availability until the day before the departure. exit.



For this reason, both the day of arrival and the day of departure, we can store your luggage free of charge in our office (service available only during our opening hours, not on Sundays or holidays).



In our reception office they have tourist information, maps of the city and they can hire all kinds of additional services both for the stay in the apartment and to enjoy the sports, cultural and daytime and nighttime leisure activities that the city and its surroundings offer. .

For our clients we can offer a transfer service to and from the Alicante airport or train station or with a taxi or private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on holidays, we can arrange to pick you up at the airport with your apartment keys and bring you there directly.



We can also take steps to confirm the return transfer or print your boarding passes (service with additional cost).



Tickets to theme parks (Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, Aquanatura), party rooms, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby towns or Valencia, car rental, electric car rental for people with mobility reduced (in some buildings we can provide an area to recharge the battery if you rent it with us, consult), diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialized companies. Tickets to clubs on special dates (especially New Year's Eve).



We can offer tickets for various concerts and events that are held in Benidorm throughout the year, for this you can contact us or follow the blog that we have on our website.



If you need socio-sanitary services, we have them through an external provider (babysitters, accompaniment, personal hygiene, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc.).
