Lo mejor... las vistas

Como siempre la costa de Granada no defrauda. Antonio, el conserje, una joya... atento en todo momento con todo el mundo, lo mas complicado el aparcamiento en la zona, en los meses de verano si encuentras algo con suerte es todo zona azul, pero como digo Antonio te ayuda. Lo mejor, la playa a10metros, lo unico los niños tienen que ir con escalpines

Fantastisk utsikt över havet

Underbar utsikt över hav och soluppgång på balkongen på 10 våningen. Det gick bra att ställa bilen på gatan efter en del letande i oktober när vi var där. Parkeringen som hörde till lägenheten låg långt upp i bergen dit vi inte kunde gå. Det vi saknade i lägenheten var en dammsugare, annars fanns det mesta.

vacaciones en septiembre

hemos estado la primera semana de septiembre y ha cumplido con las expectativas a un paseo del casco urbano y al lado de la playa. Desde el balcón he pasado buenas horas leyendo. Lo recomiendo.

Magnifico apartamento con preciosas vistas al mar

El apartamento está muy bien situado en primera línea de playa, amplia terraza con vistas al mar, muy cómodo y bien equipado. La piscina limpia y cuidada por la Srta Rocio que permanece en el lugar durante todas las horas de baño, muy atenta y pendiente de todo. El ambiente del bloque es muy bueno, gente educada y amable. El propietario también muy amable y cercano, nos facilitó la informacion necesaria para llegar al alojamiento. Nos fue fácil comunicarnos con el portero antes de la llegada. Es un lugar al que volveríamos sin duda y muy recomendable.

Hemos estado esta Semana Santa, la verdad que para repetir Muy bien de precio, en primera línea de playa, se escuchan las olas y para nosotros eso fue una buena terapia para la tranquilidad El piso es aún mejor que en fotos, encima no le falta de nada Justo al bajar hay una farmacia, un mini súper mercado, panadería pastelería, un bazar, y un montón de restaurantes donde elegir para comer Luis, y Antonio el conserje, muy atentos a todo, es muy recomendable

God lejlighed. Veludrustet køkken. Sengene er bløde og meget korte - vi endte med at købe en luftmadras. Poolen er åben et par timer om dagen og meget fuld. Udsigten er fantastisk!!

A nice place to stay

A spacious and very clean apartment very close to the beach and different types of eateries as well as small local food stores. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea and beach. Good that the sun doesn’t reach the terrace during the hot summer months. Almuñecar is a good starting point for exploring the Sierra Nevada and its villages. Luis, the owner, and Antonio, the caretaker of the property, were both very helpful and easy to contact.

We stayed on the 1st line of the beach Almuñécaria it was a wonderful apartment it had everything you needed and a balcony that looked on to the ocean and down a beautiful tree lined street..When we arrived at the apartment we were met by Antonio,he was very polite, helpful and always greeted us when ever we saw him, we had a small issue inside the apartment one day...I txt Antonio and he was with us within 5 minutes he sorted it out.We never used the lounge once whilst we were there, when we were in we spent all our time on the balcony,I must say to the early hours of the morning.My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair,the apartment was ideal and I must say Almuñécar is so easy to walk around especially if you are in a wheelchair,there are ramps everywhere and when we went sightseeing there was nothing my husband could not access.We tried to book the apartment again for October but Lois had no dates available.I think that says it all.

Fantastiskt boende med magisk utsikt

Vilken fantastisk vecka vi hade i Luiz lägenhet, bilderna i annonsen gör den inte rättvisa. A/C:n i alla rum fungerade klanderfritt, det var svalt och skönt att sova och sovrummen låg på "baksidan" vilket gjorde att det var tyst och skönt. Lägenheten höll sig dessutom sval över dagen, trots att vi inte använde A/C mellan 0900 och 2100. Balkongen var fantastisk, då den inte är vinklad rakt söderut så sken solen inte in på balkongen på morgonen, vilket gjorde att vi kunde njuta av magiska frukostar utan att få solen i ögonen. Att titta över havet och höra vågorna försiktigt rulla in, medans man åt något gott och planerade dagen var den perfekta starten på alla dagar. På kvällen så lämpade sig balkongen utmärkt för att sitta och läsa en god bok med lite vin och tapas när barnen gått och lagt sig. I och med lägenheten ligger på 10:e våningen, så är strandpromenadens puls närvarande utan att vara störande. Poolen har en "barndel" som endast är en meter djup, vilket var helt perfekt för vår fyraåring som gärna plaskade runt utan simpuffar och med en vuxen ständigt närvarande. Resten av poolen är 2,60 och en badvakt var närvarande när poolen var öppen. (Jag tror dessutom att poolen var fylld med saltvatten, barnen flöt väldigt bra.) Ja, garaget ligger en bit bort, och det var jobbigt att promenera upp till detta då det ligger en bit upp på berget. Men vi använde å andra sidan bilen endast några få gånger under vår vistelse. Garaget i sig är väl tilltaget, och hyrbilen riskerade inte att få några ovälkomna bucklor så länge den stod där. I skuggan. Det finns flertalet trevliga restauranger i närheten, och det är dessutom promenadavstånd till vattenlandet vilket gör att denna lägenhet är en bostad vi mer än gärna återvänder till. Antonio, portvakten, är även han värd ett omnämnande. Han pratar i princip bara spanska, men känner till några engelska ord. Så med lite gester och god vilja så går det alldeles utmärkt att kommunicera med honom. Han är, liksom Luiz, en fantastisk människa som gärna hjälper till.

TRES BON SEJOUR

Bel appartement, conforme au descriptif bien équipé , séjour très agréable nous recommandons cette location. Bien situé belle promenade au pied de l'immeuble .Le seul problème il est très difficile de stationner la voiture . Les propriétaire nous avaient gentiment proposé un garage gratuit mais loin de l'appartement et dans une rue très pentue. Merci à Antonio le concierge pour son accueil et sa gentillesse . Nicole et Didier.

Zona Tranquila en Semana Santa

Somos una familia que nos gusta estar cerca del mar pero tranquilos. Aquí, nos hemos encontrado en una zona acta para pasear y hacer deporte, a un paso dela playa, y un paseito hasta centro de Almuñecar, donde disfrutar de sus procesiones y el tapeo. Se come estupendamente. Desde Almuñecar enseguida, en coche, se pueden visitar tanto Granada como Málaga, preciosas ciudades. Luis, el dueño, es serio y enseguida gestionó la estancia, en apenas unas tres horas desde el primer contacto. La casa está muy bien y no le falta nada y está muy limpia y ambientada, pero absténgase el que busque ostentosidad. Antonio, el conserje, es atento y buena gente. En ningún momento nos inflaron el precio con argumentos de fianzas ni de limpiezas, todo muy bien.
