Beautiful apartment with large bedroom and bathroom. With fabulous views of the sea, with everything you need to spend a few days off, with Internet / Wifi, TV in living room and bedroom, stereo, punch of hair, washing machine, iron and board, oven, microwave, blender, kitchenware, towels, etc, 1. 50cm bed, wardrobes. Ideal for couples, extra bed. The building has new lifts, outdoor swimming pool in summer, porter service and is surrounded by bars, restaurants, pizzerias, rotisserie chicken, ice cream, grocery store, pharmacy, public parking. A great promenade to stroll or play sports, even with bike lane, and a 5-minute walk you will find a water park. The price may vary depending on the chosen dates, the number of days and people. To avoid inconvenience, if you can, for only € 50 we pick you up at the bus station, train or Malaga airport and take you to the apartment door. Check before.

Enjoyable stay

very enjoyable stay everything in the apartment was as advertised and the view from the balcony was every bit as good as we hoped for. In the morning we watched beautiful sunrises.

I had a very pleasant stay for 4 weeks in Rosa and Davids apartment. Everything was great. Apartment as described and shown in pictures. Amazing view from the balcony with perfect view of the sunrise every morning. Excellent communication with Rosa and David, they are very friendly and always quick to reply.

Lovely apartment on seafront

It was spacious, wonderful views. Kitchen well equipped but a little small but as we only had drinks and odd snacks there it wasn't a problem for us. Plenty of towels too.

Si vous aimez les gens sympas et les vacances au soleil pour un prix raisonnable, C'est pour vous.

Très bien située et très agréable la vue sur mer dès le réveil jusqu'au coucher. Pas besoin d'amener du linge, matériel de cuisine,....... Contact très sympa avec David.

Parfait !!! Vue à couper le souffle.

Propriétaires sont là à votre arrivée. Gentillesse et disponibilité. Appartement très bien situé, près de toutes les commodités autour de la résidence, à 30 minutes à pied du centre du village où autobus en bas de la résidence ( 1 €). Merci encore à Rosa et David.

40 nights in Almunecar

We have had a good time here. Nice appartment with Beautiful seawiew. Only 50 meter To The besch. Rosa and David was a Nice Host who helped us with some information about location. They pick us up at The AirPort and drive us To Almunecar. We could really recomend this place. Stig and Inger from Stockholm

Lovely stay in Almunecar

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, great views from the terrace, property immaculately clean. Rosa and David are a very friendly, helpful couple. We felt happy that if we were to have an issue (which we didn't) they would have responded very promptly. Nice and very reasonably priced tapas bars/fish restaurants/ice cream parlours in Velilla, more choice 15 minute walk (or 5 min local bus ride) to Almunecar Town. Beach across the road is rather stony, but other beaches in area are more shingle/ sand. Beware in high season as sunbeds on beach get reserved in advance so bear this in mind. Would recommend and would return.

appartement superbement bien situé

nous avons passé 1 mois dans l'appartement de Rosa et David !il est situé de façon idéale , en face de la mer et du paseo ou nous avons pu regarder les gens passer , les bateaux qui sortent pécher etc..nous avons pu profiter des "chiringuitos "qui sont trés agréables !!.nous avons fait plusieurs excursions , Ronda ,Grenade ,le desert de Tabernas , et tout est superbe !!Rosa et David sont des jeunes trés sympatiques et si nous revenons à Almunecar nous irons avec plaisir dans leur appartement
