Villa Llum is a beautiful townhouse just a 2 minute walk from the main square in Pollensa old town.



Llum means light in Catalan and this is a wonderfully light and airy holiday villa



The owners of this rental property have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The highlight is the charming, large patio with a dining area, barbecue and sun loungers plus an impressive 9 x 3 metre swimming pool. And if you want some mountain views, just pop up to the roof terrace!



On the ground floor the stylish sitting room really does blend the traditional with the contemporary. This leads to a spacious open-plan designer kitchen/dining area. The furniture and fittings are all very high quality and have been carefully sourced from boutiques across Europe



This holiday property can accommodate 10 guests and has 5 very tastefully decorated bedrooms: 1 double bedroom on the ground floor, 3 doubles on the middle floor, two can be turned into twin bedrooms, and one of them has its own terrace. The master suite is on the top floor. All of the bedrooms are en-suite and exceptionally comfortable



Within very easy walking distance to lots of local restaurants, cafés and bars and yet offering plenty of outdoor space, this villa offers the perfect mix of days by the pool, followed by dinner at a local restaurant. It really is one of the most popular top of the range townhouses to rent in Pollensa - it is a great base for exploring the local area and is perfect for five couples, or for families

Lovely townhouse

First time we have stayed in town and it was great. So easy to get around, especially for the teens who want their freedom. Very comfortable and having a decent sized pool to laze around and cool off was fab.

Villa Llum was the perfect place to celebrate my sister’s and two best friend’s 60th birthday celebrations. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and with the added bonus of having a wonderful pool, a beautiful little oasis in the centre of stunning Pollenca. Everything was perfect and Pollentia Rentals are brilliant!! So helpful from booking the Villa to helping with transfers and letting us stay a bit longer until our transfer back to the airport. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company. Thank you 🙏

Villa Llum is in the most wonderful location in the heart of Pollensa. The pool is amazing and the garden is lovely and tranquil. We had a really great time. Ben was very quick to respond to our queries/requests. There were a few very minor things that could be improved but nothing that had any negative impact on our holiday. We would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely property in this gorgeous town. One thing to note for families with young children - there is no bath, only showers!

This villa is beautiful and well laid out with a spacious kitchen and lounge area and a large table to eat outside. The location to town is incredible just a few minutes from the town square for dinner and drinksa morning coffee. There are three small supermarkets in close proximity and the bus stop is just a 4/5 minute walk away, providing easy links to the beach in just 15 minstrips to Alcudia etc. The Pollensa market on Sunday was the best Mallorcan market we have experienced to date and well worth a visit. Pollentia Rentals were great to deal with and made themselves available for any questions whilst we were staying in the villa. We would book through Pollentia Rentals again.

Everyone always was scattered around the house. It is so big that noise does not travel and so we all had great sleep without being disturbed by my teenage kids coming in late at nightmy parents up early in the morning. Ideal. The location is central and Pollenca is on the doorsteps. It is extremely attractive and has great shops and restaurants. The pool area is impressive. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a wonderful week.
