Les Oliveres Antonia is a traditional Mallorcan stone-built country house located between Pollença and Port de Pollença. It is just a few minutes’ drive from both areas, with quick access to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and services. It is also conveniently close to Cala San Vicente and Alcudia.
The property is arranged over two floors and offers five bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and three with single beds that share a full bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The upper floor hosts the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to a balcony with views of the surroundings.
The house includes a spacious living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, swimming pool and barbecue area. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. All bedrooms have air conditioning, which is programmed to operate between 20:00 and 09:00 in accordance with local energy efficiency regulations.
