Only 75 yards to the beach!!

Second floor corner unit 1000 square foot condo with open living/dining/kitchen area and lots of windows throughout. Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom that has tub and his/her closets. Guest bedroom with twin beds and access to hall bath. Spacious balcony off living room with high top table with 6 chairs. You can see the ocean just down the street! Wifi access. Bar seating in kitchen area and full size washer/dryer in laundry closet. Best of all you are just around the corner from the pier, lots of shops and restaurants! It's the happening end of Tybee, yet down a quiet side street!

Well it was a very underwhelming experience. The place was very basic and run down. Furniture was terribly uncomfortable. No WiFi. Couldn’t open any of the sliding doors. The room is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Easy walk to beach. Quiet area. Had coffee filters, salt and pepper packets in condo. Nothing else for cooking other than dishes to use. Only one TV. Couch and chairs in living room are dated and uncomfortable.

Property clean for the most part. The rugs need to be thrown out ( they were filthy). TV only in the living room. People like to watch a little TV before bed. Warn people about the steps on the property. Hauling luggage up two flights of stairs is not for the people with knee issues. Your parking skills may be challenged. The BEST part is that EVERYTHING is close. Beach. Restaurants. Good Trip!

It was perfect for our two night stay, with our friends. Place was a little tricky to find and parking is tight. But nice to have a spot with Tybee’s parking being so crazy. We tried to check in at four and the cleaner was still there so we had to wait a bit. Not really an issue but our experience. There were quite a few spring breakers, this time of year, so if that’s not your thing, just be noted.

Beach Getaway

This property is a good location from the beach and shops as well as the pier. Its just right across the street to the beach. I liked that there was seating outside on the small balcony where we could sit see/listen to the waves in the morning.

Great Stay!

Amazing location to beach and great experience. Only issues would be unable to lock front door with code and had to rely on key and shower valve in main bathroom did not get hot but otherwise highly enjoyed our stay.

Property was as described. Close to the beach, can see it from porch. Stores, restaurants, bars all within walking distance. We parked our car when we got there and only used it when we went to River St in Savannah. Stayed parked otherwise. Nice to have covered parking for 2 cars. Cleanliness was “ok”. Unit has plenty of room for a couple & 2 kids. having washer/dryer in unit was a plus. Bed was comfortable, the rest of the furniture (including porch) was not very comfortable. If you plan to cook, you’ll need spices (unit had some salt & pepper packets), cooking spray, Tupperware etc. If I could give 1 sugggestion, it would be to provide a beach chair or 2 & an umbrella. This is a beach destination & People flying cannot travel with these items & if purchased upon arrival, can’t fly home with them. I’ve been to many rental locations in the same price range, some with many many more amenities & others with bare bones. Overall a fun trip & location was ideal.

Yes sometimes the three flights of stairs was a pain but everything else made up for it. Great location, beautiful view, quiet, close to a lot of restaurants and the view!

This very comfortable condo is just around the corner from the pier, restaurants and clubs yet secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful. Although not on the ocean, you can see the beach from the balcony!
