Our Condo:
• Located in the highly upgraded phase 2, Cordoba GROUND FLOOR, 1900 Sq Ft plus 799 Sq Ft of patio space.
• One of the few total remodels in the entire resort, over $100,000 in recent updates.
• PASSPORTS or PASSPORT Cards ARE REQUIRED For Anyone over 15 years of age.
NO refunds for any Holiday dates that include Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Eve.
Condo features:
• A 75' wall mounted Smart TV in the Family Room, Yamaha Bluetooth sound bar and sub-woofer.
• All bedrooms offer large wall mounted Smart TV's.
• High Speed Internet, Laptop Computer (yes, we include one), free Wi-Fi for your own laptop and digital WALL SAFE big enough for a laptop.
• 2 large bedrooms, one with a king, one with a queen/king bunk, and a new 3rd “free Bonus bunk room offering a twin/full bunk.
• There is additional guest sleeping in the great room, but we have removed the always uncomfortable sleeper sofa with a sectional and 60" ottoman that creates a sleeping area 96" long x 60" wide. You will find extra blankets, sheets, and pillows in the master closet.
• Las Palomas Resort: Situated in the Sandy Beach resort area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Sonora, Mexico, Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez, a 3 ½ to 4 hour drive (212 miles) from Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona, and 677 miles from San Diego, California. Las Palomas is the largest master planned resort community in all of Puerto Penasco, which means it offers more amenities to you than at other resorts. It offers a Jack Nicholas Golf Course, Palapas on the Beach, Beach Volleyball, Water Slides & Kiddy Pools, Negative-Edge Pools, Jacuzzi's, Swim-Up Bars, Lazy Rivers (bring your own raft), High-End Lounge Chairs with optional Face Shields, Pool-Side Eateries, Upscale Restaurants, Sports Bar, onsite Spa, Fitness Center, Convention Halls, and MUCH, MUCH, more. In 2023 we completed a $100,000 remodel adding a 3rd bunk room, all brand-new high-end mattresses, new appliances, new cabinets, 2 beverage refrigerators, and this is now one of the top rentals in all of Sandy Beach. As of 1/1/2026 we have over 200 reviews with a perfect 5-star exceptional rating. This ground floor unit is one of the most requested rentals in Rocky Point. You will be sorry if you rent anything else. We lead by example and our condo is in absolutely one of the most amazing you will find anywhere in Rocky Point. We treat this as a business and personally visit our condo at least once per month. During those trips we maintenance and make improvements on each visit. We offer many high-end custom features that most units do not offer.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) condo many years ago. We fell in love with Las Palomas & all of the amenities they offer. There is really no need to ever leave the resort! They have several pools, Jacuzzis, swim up pool bars, pool side eateries, on-site restaurants, spa services, work out facility, convention/meeting center, wedding packages, banana boat rides, para-sailing, jet ski rentals, you name it.
This is one of the most requested condos in all of LP. The extended patio only available on Phase 2 ground floors is over 700 SQ FT of added space. We have many past renters that state this is the best condo that have ever rented not only in Las P. but anywhere on Sandy Beach. The custom king/queen bunks are amazing, added 3rd bunk room, entire condo updated, modern, and many ask where we purchased the beds. Location and ease of access to the beach and pools will make you wonder why you ever rented another condo.
