Our Condo:
• Located in the highly upgraded phase 2, Cordoba GROUND FLOOR, 1900 Sq Ft plus 799 Sq Ft of patio space.
• Our condo was toured by AAA representatives and Las Palomas management and both stated seeing this unit was a deciding factor in awarding the 4 Diamond Rating to the resort years ago.
• PASSPORTS or PASSPORT Cards ARE REQUIRED For Anyone over 15 years of age.
NO refunds for any Holiday dates that include Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Eve.
Condo features:
• A 75' wall mounted Smart TV in the Family Room, Yamaha Bluetooth sound bar and sub-woofer.
• All bedrooms offer large wall mounted Smart TV's.
• High Speed Internet, Laptop Computer (yes, we include one), free Wi-Fi for your own laptop and digital WALL SAFE big enough for a laptop.
• 2 large bedrooms, one with a king, one with a queen/king bunk, and a new 3rd “free Bonus bunk room offering a twin/full bunk.
• There is additional guest sleeping in the great room, but we have removed the always uncomfortable sleeper sofa with a sectional and 60" ottoman that creates a sleeping area 96" long x 60" wide. You will find extra blankets, sheets, and pillows in the master closet.
• HUGE patio over 700 Sq FT with immediate access to the pools and beach.

Current rate for 18 holes and a cart with our membership is only $45 for 18 holes or $25 for 9 holes.

Great Condo and Location

The condo was great! Very comfortable. And we appreciate all of amenities that were available. The condo had an upscale feel but remained very cozy and felt like a home. The resort had a lot of maintenance going on, which was to be expected for the off season, so a lot of the swimming pools and such were not available but we were allowed to use the adjacent property for their available amenities. This is not the condo’s fault but I do wish this was communicated to us. Overall, great place and a great stay. Thanks!!

Very upgraded and beautiful

We come to Rocky point for Thanksgiving every year and typically stay atLas Palomas. We stumbled upon this property because of all the upgrades and booked it immediately. It did not disappoint. It is exactly like the pictures show and very large. We only had three people that stay there, but it could’ve easily slept 10. We will be back again!

Second time staying here we absolutely love this place. Recently renovated the owner did a fantastic job decorating and giving it a luxury feel! First floor makes it that much nicer we will be trying to book at this location every time we go to Mexico!

Beautiful very modern.

This is the best condo I've ever stayed in. First floor and right next to the lazy river was the best. So clean and all areas of the condo were up to date. I will definitely be coming back to stay again. I've been to Rocky Point and have stayed at Las Palomas a few times now but I have to say this is on of my favorite condos by far.

Wonderful stay

This is our second time at Las Palomas, we love the resort and our first time staying in Ben’s condo. The pictures don’t show how nice and big this condo is. It’s gorgeous, comfortable and beautifully remodeled. The kitchen is well supplied and everything is very clean. Since the beginning of the booking, Ben was super informative and attentive. We have little kids and appreciate the condo is on the ground level. If you enjoy a comfortable, clean and modern place don’t look anywhere else. It books really fast as well and now I know why. Would definitely come back again. My favorite condo in Rocky Point! Thank you Ben. : )

This condo is beautiful!

The lazy river is only feet from the massive ground floor patio. The floor to ceiling windows provide stunning views of the ocean and pools at Los Palomas. The staff was very friendly, and the owner has provided for all of the guest's needs. Very clean spacious condo. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are able.

In Feb of 2023 we completed a $100,000 remodel adding a 3rd bunk room, all brand-new high-end mattresses, new appliances, new cabinets, 2 beverage refrigerators, and this is now one of the top rentals in all of Sandy Beach. As of 3/1/2023 we have 183 reviews with a perfect 5-star exceptional rating. This ground floor unit is one of the most requested rentals in Rocky Point. You will be sorry if you rent anything else. We lead by example and our condo is in absolutely one of the most amazing you will find anywhere in Rocky Point. We treat this as a business and personally visit our condo at least once per month. During those trips we maintenance and make improvements on each visit. We offer many high-end custom features that most units do not offer.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) condo many years ago. We fell in love with Las Palomas & all of the amenities they offer. There is really no need to ever leave the resort! They have several pools, Jacuzzis, swim up pool bars, pool side eateries, on-site restaurants, spa services, work out facility, convention/meeting center, wedding packages, banana boat rides, para-sailing, jet ski rentals, you name it.

This is one of the most requested condos in all of LP. The extended patio only available on Phase 2 ground floors is over 700 SQ FT of added space. We have many past renters that state this is the best condo that have ever rented not only in Las P. but anywhere on Sandy Beach. The custom king/queen bunks are amazing, added 3rd bunk room, entire condo updated, modern, and many ask where we purchased the beds. Location and ease of access to the beach and pools will make you wonder why you ever rented another condo.
