Waterfront house with multiple attractions nearby; restaurants, miniature golfing, kids attractions, the main town of Hyannis, and most importantly the beaches- conveniently located halfway between Craigville south side beach and Millway Beach on the north side. Everything is just a few minutes away.

Spacious home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood accessible to everything! This house has a spectacular view overlooking a Shallow Pond with over 190 feet of frontage and complete privacy by being 400 feet away from the street. Feel free to grab a fishing rod and sit by the water and catch some Bass, Sunfish, and Pickerel Perch or if you’re up for some peacefulness with Mother Nature enjoy kayaking by stepping right out into the backyard. Enjoy the spacious porch out on the backyard and tan while others cook some delicious food on the BBQ grill while overseeing the unforgettable red and orange colors of the sunset.

Had too much sun? Not a problem! Pick any of the 6 bedrooms, to just relax in. Two of the bedrooms being master suites separated from the rest of the house on the second floor, each having a walk in closet, full bathroom with a tub and a sharko shower and a breathtaking view of the water and greenery. For those Jacuzzi lovers out there, we didn’t forget about you! The house also has a huge Jacuzzi in one of the full bathrooms downstairs in addition to another sharko shower.

The house also has an outdoor shower. This home has an open layout with a brand new European style kitchen designed by a professional interior designer with beautiful high cathedral ceilings connecting with the dining, living room area and a sun room- everything overlooking the one of a kind, waterfront view! The house comes equipped with all the necessities you may need! It’s a truly unique home and location! If you wish to stay with us for less then 7 days please let us know and we can make an exception for a slight increase per night.

Summer fun for large family

We loved having a secluded place to enjoy our family time in Cape Cod. The views of the pond are incredible and the sunsets second to none. We used it as our jumping off point for activities all along the cape. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and we had everything we needed to enjoy great meals for our family of 11 adults and two babies. Hours of fun in the kayaks, ping pong in the garage and hanging out on the back porch enjoying ice cream with the views.

The house met our needs, and we loved being right on the water. There were times when all 4 kayaks were on the water. And I must mention that the sunsets were gorgeous. We will plan to come back next year.

The outdoor space and views of the pond were gorgeous and overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and spread out which is great for big groups. Unfortunately the house was not cleaned adequately before we arrived, especially the floors. The host remediated the issue but it was disappointing given the cost of the rental.

Perfect for families!

What a great vacation home! We had 3 families all together for the week (14 people in all) and what a great house and location. The kids and grown-ups enjoyed the kayaks, swimming in the pond, fishing off the dock, and having a campfire at night in the firepit. There was plenty of space in the house to accommodate us all, with ample kitchen amenities to make home cooked meals. We had such a great week, we were sad to see it end!

We had a fabulous time at this lakefront home. It was our second year in a row and it was just as much fun as the first time. There was plenty of room for the young children in the family and enough nearby activities for the older kids. The house is large enough that we never felt crowded, and we particularly enjoyed the oversized deck. The host answered promptly when we had questions. We look forward to staying there again!

A great week

This home has everything you could need for a week on the Cape! There were 9 adults and 7 children and plenty of room for all! The house sits on a pond with a beautiful deck. Numerous sitting areas and fire pit. All perfect for evenings. Lots to do so close to Hyannis and Craigville beach. Day trip to Mayflower was about a 30 min ride. Very responsive landlord answering questions quickly! All makings for a super nice time on Cape Cod!

Big, beautiful and enough room for us all

The property is beautiful! It is right on a very large pond. We all had coffee in the mornings as we sat on the deck and watched the ducks/swans swimming. Plenty of us used the kayaks. The outside property has a fabulous deck with plenty of seating, a great fire pit(wood was provided), a grill and a Blackstone. We had 13 guests and we all fit comfortably. The inside had plenty of seating as well and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Most rooms have their own AC controller , so people can make it to their liking. A couple of the mattresses have worn out and need replacing, but the rest of the accommodations were truly wonderful.

Oh so private on the secluded pond

The house was a great size for the eleven of us in our family. All the yard surrounding the house was amazingly landscaped. There was so much for each member of our family to do and, of course, the pond and kayaking was the most fun. We could be active all day and night together. The deck is where we spent most of our time eating and enjoying the views. Thank you for providing our family with an amazing vacation destination of activities and relaxation. This vacation was voted the best ever!

The pictures on the website don’t do this place justice. What an amazing experience staying here with friends and family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Though Shallow Pond has several houses on it, they aren’t visible, so the pond felt like it belonged to us. Such a private place yet less than a 10-minute drive to Shaw’s, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods. Also convenient to area beaches, though we didn’t leave the house a couple of days because we enjoyed swimming and kayaking on the pond. I’m already looking to see if it’s available for next year!

60th Birthday Bash!

I rented this house for my family to celebrate the 60th birthday of my mom and my aunt. It was a lovely, private home with many bedrooms and bathrooms. The lake/pond(?) was beautiful - especially at sunset - and we took the kayaks out on the lake a few times. We also used the fire pit almost daily. It was a great place to safely reconnect with family :)

Perfect location

The house is exactly as described. All bedrooms have bathrooms in or close except the tiny bedroom upstairs next to the master bathroom. The house includes every amenity you could imagine every appliance every pot pan whatever you need. The Wi-Fi was a problem all week. We all spent a lot of money on data because the Wi-Fi was down for most of the week. Overall we had a great stay we highly recommend you get over to Cape Cod Beer Company and Craigville Beach

Perfect home for family!

We had 13 adults plus a child under 2 stay at the Centerville home for a recent family funeral. The home exceeded our expectations as it was large enough for all of us for 5 days, plus guests that stopped by. The view of the lake from the back porch was amazing. My nieces liked the puzzles during rainy days while the guys played ping pong in the garage. We grilled most nights with the gas bbq. There were enough plates, glasses, utensils, etc for all our cooking and eating needs. Will definitely consider renting again. Jacob was a great host and answered all our questions with a great attitude.
