New apartment located on the ground floor with large terrace and outdoor lounge. It consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, a large living room with a dining room and a living room with sofa bed (for two people), two single bedrooms (one with community bed; the second with twin beds) and one bathroom with washing machine. Reversible air conditioning. Flat screen TV with Canalsat satellite. Wifi and internet available. An outdoor lounge under a covered terrace. Outdoor dining room and sun loungers on the terrace. Community pool nearby.
Sheets and towels are provided for the stay. Final cleaning is compulsory (€ 100.00).
Rental: minimum duration 7 nights. For other durations: consult the owner.
The charming village of Daya Vieja is located 35 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports. Many facilities are nearby: 3 restaurants, 1 bakery-grocery store, 1 pharmacy, 1 health center.
