Wonderful home from home

Everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. The owners have thought of everything, in generous amounts: from kitchen utensils, crockery to towels, coffee, kitchen spices; everything you need for a stressfree vacation. The house, pool and gardens were spotless and carefully maintained. The bed was so comfortable that we slept really well. The area is quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So pleased we booked this. Steffi is so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

The place was lovely and clean including the pool everything you need in the kitchen dish washer washing machine all the kitchen utensils .Air con available i could not fault this Villa at all we will definitely be back for another holiday soon. A car is a requirement if you stay in La Marina to get around as there is very little or no public transport.plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. La Marina beech is about 15 mins drive away me and my girlfriend spenty 5 hours a day on there it is safe if you have children.it is a 10 out of ten for me thank you very much to the owners

Petite maison pour 4 très sympa. La piscine de 5x3 est largement suffisante. Le roof top est un avantage indéniable. Je recommande cette location pour une semaine. Les plages sont à 10 mn en voiture.

Meine Frau und ich hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem sauberen, gut ausgestattenen Haus mit einem traumhaft, sauberen Privatpool. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen, nützlichen Geräte, das Smart-TV hatte viele deutsche Sender und war leicht zu bedienen (aktuell ist es ein Samsung-Modell). Die beiden Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und im Haupt-Schlafzimmer funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das sieht man ja auch auf den Bildern und ist somit für uns kein großer Kritikpunkt. Wenn es einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gäbe, dann wären das aus unserer Sicht die jeweiligen Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern...aber auch das ist ja bekanntlich eine subjektive und individuelle Wahrnehmung...Der Carport-Platz auf dem Grundstück ist sehr lang, jedoch nicht allzu breit. Wir hatten einen VW T-Roc und haben es aber immer beim Rückwärtsparken mit 1-2 kleineren "Fahrkorrekturen" (die Seitenstraße vor dem Garagentor ist nicht allzu breit) problemlos hinein geschafft. Wir waren aber glücklich, dass der Mietwagen immer auf dem Grundstück und in Sichtweite war...Angenehm ist auch, dass es im Umfeld von maximal 10 Gehminuten einige tolle Restaurants gibt, die im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis großartig sind. Ein gezapftes 0,5 L Bier für 2,80 - 3,40, wie machen die das nur? Die freundliche Kommunikation sowie die Schlüsselübergabe mit Frau Nowitzki (Verwalterin vor Ort) verlief optimal und unkompliziert!Vielen Dank für die schöne Urlaubszeit!

Wunderbarer Ort

Villa Navarra ist ein wunderschönes Häuschen mit Garten und Pool, ruhig gelegen und sauber. Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Sehr zu empfehlen. Im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars.

Tolles Haus in klasse Lage

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 4 Wochen in diesem Haus zu wohnen. Es war vom Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut. Tolle Ausstattung, absolut sauber, Internet war prima. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zu allen Restaurants/Bars, ca. 10 Minuten Laufweg. Aus einem Grund werden wir es trotzdem nicht noch einmal anmieten: Wir haben uns in dieser Zeit ein eigenes Haus in La Marina Urb. gekauft. :-)

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus.

Wir waren nicht das erste mal in La Marina, aber beim Haus von Fam. Matuschek traf das zu. Um nicht zu viel vorweg zu nehmen, wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal in diesem wunderbaren Haus! Es passte einfach alles! Sauberkeit, Lage, die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung (hier noch mal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Nowitzki), alles ne glatte 12 von 10! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Jedes noch so kleine Detail wurde mit Hingabe arrangiert. Viele, kleine schattige Plätzchen laden zum verweilen ein. Hier findet garantiert jeder seinen eigenen Lieblingsplatz! Größtes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Wer wie ich, lieber im Pool als im Meer badet, denn versuchen sie mal ein Bier im Wellengang festzuhalten, ;) der ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich genossen. Die Ruhe drumherum und auch die Privatsphäre an sich, waren nicht zu unterschätzen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Tolles Haus an guter und ruhiger Lage.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, gute Betreuung bei Bedarf. In ca. 5-10 Gehminuten zum Unter und Oberdorf Sehr empfehlenswert!

Location idéalement située 🤩

Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Emplacement idéal, très propre, conforme à l’annonce. Piscine très bien entretenue. Au calme. La personne qui nous a remis les clés est très agréable. Elle parle plusieurs langues notamment le français. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Die Unterkunft, wir nennen es liebevoll "das Eidechsen haus", ist absolut perfekt. Schöne ruhige Lage, super ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe vom Eigentümer eingerichtet.

El alojamiento maravilloso, todo perfecto, un encanto de casa. La anfitriona genial. Lo único que no, nos gustó es que la TV estaba en alemán, estamos en España somos españoles y nos fastido bastante. La luz bastante cara que se paga aparte. 12 días 30 euros. Una pasada y sin poner aire acondicionado , ni lavadora. El internet ( wifi) que al final no lo regalaron pero desastroso, lento y se cortaba, así que al final veíamos la tele por el móvil. Un saludo

La casa muy bien, pero no se puede ver la tele en Español, se necesita coche para todo. Hay que pagar aparte la luz que gastes de más WiFi. Unos 30€ y la limpieza 80€
