We fully enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for family of five and a couple guests here and there. Some idiosyncrasies, but it all added to the charm. Great location. Loved it!
A large comfortable home that easily accommodated 10 people. Great for family reunion. Located on a quiet stretch of road close to Canandaigua and Naples. Good lake access and easy drive to several wineries. Definitely would stay there again.
I wish check in could have been earlier than 4 PMAnd check out no earlier than 11. Overall, the house was Perfect for us !Kitchen was fairly well equipped.. And we could drink the tap water We are not able to at our homeThe whole house was clean , beds were comfy, and a large yard so we could play cornhole or bocce.

Beautiful, unique house with awesome lake access
Everything about this house was perfect for my needs -- I was travelling out for the weekend with a large group of friends, and I don't know what I would have done if this property weren't available. It has generous parking and yard space, and the lake is extremely accessible.
Bruce was extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.
The lake house and barn were a perfect summer place for my family At times their house ere 10 of us there, which included 5 children of different ages. We were right by the lake and had the use of a dock to put on our paddle boards, which we did daily. All modern conveniences in the home. It is an old farmhouse and does need a little tic. The stove probably needs to be updated.too. Other than that, everything was perfect
This property has a great amount of living space for those traveling with a large group. There are so many areas to just hang out and enjoy the breeze. Kitchen is very well equipped, lots of yard space, and easy access to the water. We will be back!
Wonderful Family Celebration for my 94 year old father!
This was a perfect home for us to celebrate. Older people can sit and view the lake, younger people can swim at the dock, get together for dinner BBQ outside, play cards and games inside after dark. We truly enjoyed our trip and the house made it all work wonderfully.
The house and lake were a great place to hold a family get together!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
No docking for a week long stay.
The place and property was nice, dogs allowed was a huge plus. However, we had two boats and the property owner didn’t have a dock for us. There was a mooring with no rowboat. Super inconvenient. Also, no place to really put your boat trailers on the property that was acceptable to the owner. Shared dock meant no overnight docking and that wasn’t specified.
The review title says it all. Our extended family simply loved this vacation and location. The cool breeze each evening and morning from the lake was complemented by warm mid-day dips in the lake. The large house with multiple bedrooms and baths allowed us to be together in one place, with enough extra room to find breaks into smaller groups. We will be coming back!
Bruce’s property is a rambling and large farmhouse. The side yard was our favorite with a beautiful walnut tree and views of the lake. The living space and bedrooms upstairs are quite nice. The kitchen and main level bedrooms have an old feel to them - clean enough, just old. We enjoyed our stay here.
We loved staying here. Lots of space and very responsive host. We loved the formal dining room and sitting outside every evening. Look forward to visiting again.
