Apartment with a very modern atmosphere, with an excellent location in a very quiet area, next to a semi-pedestrian street where you can enjoy cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, shops, pharmacies and the health center. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and a large terrace with solarium and barbecue area.
A 5 min walk from the excellent beach of Guacimeta, from the avenue of Playa Honda that communicates by means of its promenade to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife. It is also 5 min walk from the well known Deiland shopping center.
It is 5 minutes from Lanzarote airport and 6 minutes from Arrecife (capital)
The kitchen is equipped with: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, juice machine and kitchen utensils.
