Great family getaway

This house is great for young families as the kids can roam around, have access to a fully stocked Wendy house and a children’s swimming pool. The garden is great for learning to cycle or kicking a ball around while the grownups enjoy a bbq with local products — closeby town Renedo has wonderful shops, including a traditional fishmonger and butcher. We would come back!

Summer holiday at Finca el Pinar

We enjoyed a great 2 weeks stay. From Carandia it is easy to visit many places by car. After a day out we could freshen up in the pool. WiFi could be improved. One other suggestion would be to install anti-mosquito nets . Other than that, all was fine.

We had a lovely stay! We had our own garden area (with a view on the river at the end) and a very spacious little house. Our 2 kids could even sleep in their respective own room.Apart from the nights with the town's fiesta D it was extremely calm. You could sleep with the windows open without being bothered by noice from the outside.The pool was very much appreciated and there was only one other family with kids so it was not crowded.We only know very basic spanish but the owner made quite an effort with us, either trying english or speaking slowly enough :-) Really nice There is only two things to mention more on the negative side.The mosquitos. There's a lot of them. All windows had mosquito nets but the ceilings are very high and the house already older so it's difficult to really eliminate them all. Not sure if it's an issue everywhere at the northern spanish coast or if the nearby river is the problem. Sure, nothing the owner can do about (more then they did) but worth to mention, I'd say.The one thing the owner should do is replace the mattresses. In the master bedroom the matress was squeaking every time you moved. And the one in the kids bedroom was very uncomfortable to lie on.

Todo genial, la casa perfecta en todos los aspectos y no le falta ni un detalle, toldos para el sol, paraguas, todo, todo. Los anfitriones amables y siempre disponibles. Alojarse aquí es todo un lujo. Muchas gracias por los sobaos, estaban riquísimos.

Todo de 10, empezando por la amabilidad de la propietaria, el espacio (jardín, zona de juegos, piscina, parrilla, terraza...), equipación de la casa (tiene de todo).. Entorno agradable. Zona muy tranquila. Como para repetir.

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und gepflegt mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Die Lage ist toll, mit dem Auto ist man schnell an tollen Stränden, schönen Städten oder in den Bergen.

Ideal para familias con niños

La Estancia ha sido ideal. Los propietarios muy atentos a lo q pudieramos necesitar. La piscina y la casa de los juguetes han hecho las delicias de los mas pequeños. Tanto el jardin de nuestra casa como la zona comunitària bien cuidados y muy agradables. La única mejora q pediriamos es poner mosquiteras en las ventanas.

Un lugar para la tranquilidad

Hemos estado muy agusto, los propietarios muy amables y atentos. La ubicación perfecta para desconectar de la ciudad. El jardín enorme con una buena barbacoa y la piscina estupenda. Mi hijo de 8 años disfruto mucho ,tanto de la sala de juegos como de la casita de juguetes y bicicletas, y además hizo amigos de juego las dos semanas que hemos estado. Esperamos repetir en el futuro.

Ideal si vas con niños

La casa es realmente agradable, sobre todo los jardines y todas las posibilidades que ofrece para los niños. Nosotros ibamos ocn tres niños pequeños y disfrutaron mucho de las bicis, de la sala de videjuegos y en general del gran jardín que tienen. No hacía tiempo para bañarse y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, pero tomamos nota para cuando llegue el verano.
