Villa with a garden that directly overlooks the lake.

"Casa Vittoria" is a guest house of a villa, once owned by Litta Modignani, built in neoclassical form during the first half of the nineteenth century by the Architect Luigi Tatti.
It is located in a hamlet of Tremezzo, in an ancient fishing village (Portezza), where you can also find the small Romanesque church of S. Vincenzo, and a villa built in the 1930s by the Architect Pietro Lingeri, a well-known exponent of the Comasco rationalism.
The guest house is surrounded by a beautiful garden overlooking the lake and is accessible from the lake by a jetty that allows mooring of motorboats and seaplanes.
The town of Tremezzina is the most well-known stretch of the Lario, and together with the lakeside of Bellagio and its surroundings, it houses the most famous villas for their architecture and gardens: among them we can find Villa Carlotta, Villa Melzi and Villa of the Balbianello.
Casa Vittoria has been recently and carefully restored by the architect Cristiana Vannini (which has retained and redesigned all the original characters, integrating them with every modern comfort, including the lift and Wi-Fi connection.
Casa Vittoria has four twin-bed rooms.
All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning; private bathroom, lake and garden view.
The beamed ceiling and wooden floor ensure perfect soundproofing.
The rooms are furnished with period furniture and paintings.
The ground floor is intended as common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, services).
