Las Palomas 1 Bedroom - Second Floor - Breathtaking Views of Sandy Beach

**Please note you must be 25 or older in order to check into the condo**

Our condo is on the second level and as close to the ocean as a 1 bedroom can get. The views look all the way down Sandy Beach and to the Old Port. No need to take the elevator as its just one flight of stairs.

This privately owned condo in Phase 1 is very well kept and decorated with a beach theme. Features a new pillow top king size bed and high quality linens. Enjoy time in the well stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. The bathroom has a standup glass shower with floor to ceiling travertine walls throughout.

You will get all of the Phase 2 finishes with the Phase 1 views. They are the best in the entire resort.

We stayed at this condo in Las Palomas Resort for 6 days and had a great experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. We loved that it was on the second floor—no need to use the elevator—and it still offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool right in front of us. My husband, our two teens, and I enjoyed every moment, especially the pool and easy beach access. We would definitely book this condo again!

Great time in Puerto Peñasco!

We loved staying in this unit, easy to access by stairs, close proximity to both the beach and the pool areas, and a great view of the ocean! The unit was as described, had everything we needed for our stay, and we'd love to stay again :)

Perfect stay in Mexico

The property was great. Clean and looked just as listed in pictures. The only complaint would be with service at the resort and check-in but that is absolutely no reflection of Chad or his condo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Vacay with Arizona Family

Me, my husband and our middle daughter stayed just steps away from my son and his girlfriend and my niece and her family. The trip was wonderful. The condominium was very clean with everything you will need. I loved the lazy river.

Great morning sun!

This was a great location if you like the morning sun. Condo was well appointed and very easy to have breakfast in house and enjoy the view. Everything was clean, the bed very comfortable and a nice place. Our only issue was with the resort itself. We have stayed at this resort several times with great success but this time they were doing maintenance on the hot tub in this phase so that made it unusable, one of the restaurants was closed due to remodel (Citron) which we would normally frequent as they have a great happy hour and our keys didn't work twice when coming back to the room (which was due to batteries, they just didn't replace them the first time) - just some annoyances but other than that - great location on Sandy Beach where you can get tons of shells every morning.and see beautiful sunrises.

Love Rocky Point

Arrived @11am and notified receptionist. Was told to come back for keys right @1600 which I did. Room not ready, short on staff per Receptionist. Offered dinner for 4 in their restaurant (awfull experience, food arrived 1.5 hour later , no kidding and it was cold). Room was clean ( not really clean since cleaning lady just finished and there was water all over floor and dirty mope was left in washer room)but anyhow didn’t complain since we where exhausted that day. Everything else was perfect like my post say I love Rocky Point and Las Palomas always stayed there. Property manager really helpful, maybe if there is some money saved he could change patio furniture. Thx
