Great flat, attention to detail was superb from huge fluffy towels to individual night lights in each room. Such spacious, well equipped rooms and high end easily operated appliances. Great location which was quiet yet within a vibrant part of the city. Shout out to our host’s recommendation about JPs pub, we went every day! The Italian restaurant in close by Elm Row was superb, we went twice during our week’s stay. Thank you so much Edele for making our Fringe week holiday so memorable.

Our stay was wonderful! The property was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was a great space to relax. It was clean and well-maintained.The host was excellent as well. Before our trip they sent detailed instructions on things like getting to the property, accessing it, things to do and see in the area, etc. They were very responsive when we had an issue with the washer and resolved it quickly. We would happily stay again.

What an amazing place in Edinburgh! Our family of six had a perfect time there because it was close to everything we needed, walking distance to the tram and close to grocery stores as well. Everything in the house is really easy to use as well so it was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was really well equipped, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, books for the children etc. The host was there to welcome us and was very friendly. Great location close to Leith Walk with all it's shops and restaurants and trams to the city centre, but tucked away enough to be quiet. Highly recommend

Wonderful apartment, lots of space, very clean and the Christmas tree was a really nice touch. Edele was incredibly helpful and friendly. Really good location and close to everything we needed. Definitely recommend anyone staying there.

Host gave clear instructions and helpful information, and was responsive when we had questions. The property was immaculately clean, comfortable, and in beautiful condition, and she even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is quiet and ideally located away from the hustle and bustle of busy Edinburgh, but close enough to walk anywhere you might want to go.All 4 of us rate our stay 100 out of 100!
