A beautiful, well equipped ground-floor apartment, in a quiet secure residential development, our goal is to make the apartment a home from home, so you can relax and enjoy your break in comfort.
Ideal for couples, groups or families who want easy access to the city, plenty of space (120 sq meters) in a peaceful environment. 10 – 15 minutes walk from the east end of Princes Street, with private parking. A short walk to Edinburgh's many attractions, Holyrood Palace, The Parliament, The Castle, The Playhouse Theatre, Botanic Gardens and Princes Street.
We are proud to have achieved the Scottish Tourist Board 3 Star Award as well as Category 3 access for residents with mobility issues. We have welcomed many guests with varying requirements over the years.
The apartment is the perfect base from which to explore Edinburgh and Scotland.
Large, bright, clean, well equipped kitchen, there is a dish washer, washing machine/tumble drier, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Tassimo. You will find a good selection of pots and pans, casserole dishes and oven trays. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up powder. Separate dining area, with a table and six chairs.
Peaceful lounge, 2 new leather three seater sofas, 3 armchairs, TV, Sky, DVD, WIFI, iPod docking station.
Master bedroom, king-size bed, ensuite with large shower unit.
Two further bedrooms, both with twin single beds.
Family bathroom, with large shower unit, sink and toilet.
All bed linen and towels provided.
Kids cot, high-chair, pram, plastic bowls, plates tumblers etc available if required.
Gas central heating provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere all year round, along with instant and constant hot water.
Wheelchair access, stool and suction hand rails available for shower, Parking space, Category 3 access award for guests with mobility issues from the Scottish Tourist Board. Assistance dogs welcome, there is a park to walk a dog one minute away. I am happy to provide a water bowl. There is a magnifying glass. I have details of a mobility shop that hires out scooters, chairs etc as and when required.

We loved everything about this apartment! It's a great location, plenty of space inside, and a very accommodating host. If we're ever back in Edinburgh, we're definitely going to try to stay here again.
A real home from home! The property was so thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Comfy beds, hot water, great showers, spacious rooms. Ideal for our stay.

What an amazing place in Edinburgh! Our family of six had a perfect time there because it was close to everything we needed, walking distance to the tram and close to grocery stores as well. Everything in the house is really easy to use as well so it was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was really well equipped, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, books for the children etc. The host was there to welcome us and was very friendly. Great location close to Leith Walk with all it's shops and restaurants and trams to the city centre, but tucked away enough to be quiet. Highly recommend
Great apartment, location and host. The area was quiet, the rooms were well-furnished and good sized. The beds were comfortable. The host was responsive to questions such as the thermostat controls. We had a great stay in Edinburgh. The only small critique could be the instructions for the back door code entry were a little buried in the other instructions and recommendations. It took a few minutes at the door to find the code and gain entry the first night after a long day of travel. Thank you for a great stay.
Host gave clear instructions and helpful information, and was responsive when we had questions. The property was immaculately clean, comfortable, and in beautiful condition, and she even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is quiet and ideally located away from the hustle and bustle of busy Edinburgh, but close enough to walk anywhere you might want to go.All 4 of us rate our stay 100 out of 100!

Everything about the apartment was first class, large with everything you would need. Very central and close to an abundance of amenities. I recommend the property and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and Uber drivers arrived within minutes to take us to the city. We loved our close walk to Lieth, to shop for groceries and to eat at local pubs.
Lovely apartment. Clean, spacious, parking, WiFi. and walking distance to the centre of Edinburgh. This is our third visit, will be back.
