The apartment is a duplex located in an old corral of neighbors. The corrals were popular housing buildings in which kitchens, bathrooms and laundries were communal. Life revolved around the neighbors' yard, where the children played while the women did their work or simply shared their day to day life. At the moment the building is conformed by modern apartments with all the comforts. Our apartment has a bedroom with full bathroom on the top floor and living room with separate kitchen on the ground floor. There are two air conditioners, one on each floor. There is a parking space in the same building for the convenience of guests traveling by car.

The host made staying there easy. Gave us instructions on how to get in and access the parking. Promptly responded to any questions we had. The place could use some updating and the air conditioning unit in the bedroom is very noisy and could use some adjustment. Otherwise, we were happy.
The location suited our priority requirement to be accessible by car but avoid city centre driving (not for everyone we accept). The communication by text before and during our stay were fine and we were able to check in and out without meeting anyone. A photo of the car park exit unit would improve instructions. We enjoyed the experience of staying in what seemed like genuine family orientated Spanish accommodation, the neighbours were tending the indoor planting and popped into the taberna next door (as did we on our return from the city centre!). The short walk to the city centre and sights was easy and although only having an evening and following full day we were able to take in the all the places we had planned. We did not use the accommodation kitchen facilities choosing to eat out to make the most of our short time in Seville, but it was nice that the fridge was stocked with milk and other treats and fresh bread was left for our arrival. Yes the accommodation is a little dated and a little way out of the city but we thought it was good value for money and would recommend highly to others who share our outlook.
Decent apartment in a great location, but bathroom needs some repair work
The location of the apartment is very good - a short walk to the town centre. The apartment is small, but perfectly adequate for two people. WiFi is excellent - 100Mbps. The bed is very comfortable.The fridge was left full of breakfast items, which was not mentioned in the listing and very welcome, although 4 or more complete loaves of bread for two people for 3 nights was rather excessive.The bathroom fittings are very worn and need significant repair. The toilet has broken enamel in the u-bend. The bath has holes in the sealant around the edge, with the sealant that is there being black and mouldy - this makes the shower very difficult to use without water leaking down the back of the bath.Having a garage car parking space is very good, although it is extremely tight to get the car in and out. The listing said “garage parking available” but did not make it clear there is an extra charge of 15 per day.We had a couple of problems with the kettle and garage door key, but both of these were replaced by the host very quickly. His communication with us was prompt and informative.In summary, it’s a good apartment, with a host who is trying his best to get things right, but a bit more work is required particularly in the bathroom.
Le logement est placé non loin du centre historique, proche des commerces. Le logement est cependant vétuste et nécessiterait une grosse réfection (joints de baignoire noirs, mobilier en mauvais état, ustensiles de cuisine réduits, absence de four, vaisselle incomplète etc...)
Le ménage entre les locataires semble être fait de manière tres succinte et en trompe l'oeil (coup de serpiere rapide, moutons sous les lits, etc...)
Dommage ! Refait à neuf, il serait top !!!

Bei der Wohnung waren wir allerdings geschockt. Die Fotos laut Inserat entsprachen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Die guten Bewertungen können wir uns hier nicht erklären. Es fühlte sich an, als wären wir in einer ganz anderen Unterkunft gelandet. Sehr enttäuschend und irreführend.
Sehr starker Schimmel (Bad/ Schlafzimmer/ Küche ), Schmutz,an den Wänden tote Insekten, defekte Möbel und der eine oder andere Sicherheitsmangel sorgten nicht für einen schönen Start in den Urlaub.
Auf die Mängel angeschrieben…war die Reaktion des VM, das wir stornieren sollen ( zu unseren Kosten) was wir auch versucht haben.. und so unseren ersten Urlaubstag mit Hotelsuche verbrachten…leider konnten wir für unseren Aufenthalt keinen freien Ersatz finden, so dass wir notgedrungen in der Wohnung bleiben mussten.
Wir waren froh, die Wohnung nach unserem Aufenthalt wieder verlassen zu können.
Diese Erfahrung hat unseren gesamten Urlaub beeinträchtigt und uns mit einem bitteren Nachgeschmack zurückgelassen.
Wir würden dringend davon abraten, diese Unterkunft zu buchen

Fantastische locatie, maar wel wat gedateerd
Deze vakantiewoning ligt op loop- afstand van werkelijk alle bezienswaardigheden in Sevilla, op de 1e verdieping van een soort hofje. De locatie, tegen het historische centrum aan, is perfekt. Voor wie dat wil, is er een ruime keuze aan eetgelegenheden op slechts enkele minuten lopen. Het appartement zelf is tamelijk gedateerd en het bed is naar de huidige begrippen nogal smal (1:30) en kort(1:90) maar voorzien van een prima matras. Wij, twee niet-zo-kleine 60+ers hebben er toch heerlijk geslapen. NB: De eigenaar is zo te zien bezig om alles op te knappen (leve het Zweedse Woonwarenhuis) dus waarschijnlijk wordt dat binnenkort allemaal beter.
Niet onbelangrijk: Tegen bijbetaling konden we onze huur- auto in de onder het complex gelegen garage parkeren. Een must in Sevilla, want op straat parkeren is echt een ramp.
