3 bedroom 2 bath town home. Close to Texas A&M campus. Only 2 miles from Texas A& M campus down Welborne Rd. Sleeps 8 in beds. Fully furnished living room, kitchen and three bedrooms. Linens provided plenty of extra towels provided. Kitchen has place settings for up to 12 with seating at table for 6 with 2 bar stools. Close to all Texas A & M festivities. Come enjoy.

The property was just a few miles from A&M, great location. The house was perfect, clean plenty of room and was everything we needed. I contacted the property owner once and they were VERY responsive, messaging back within minutes. Plan to book this property for Family Weekend in April!!

Great Stay with all needs met

The property is a quick step away from A&M campus. Very close to an H-E-B and a Dutch Bros coffee. There is plenty of room for families that are larger. This was our second stay at the property and it met all of our needs for the weekend. Definitely recommend.

Good Weekend Accommodations

This condo is a good place to stay for a short time in town. We had plenty of room and it is convenient to grocery, food and fields. We have stayed here before and will return again when we are back.

David and Pam bought this town home as a second VRBO rental in College Station. They also own the town home next door to this one. They bought the first town home for their oldest son while he attended Texas A&M. Their second son also lived in it while he attended Texas A&M. They also own another town home in the same complex that their daughter lives in. They understand the need to travel with pets, and allow small dogs with an additional fee.
