While we originally came for the university, we quickly fell in love with the warmth of community and the unique blend of peaceful country living and town energy.
We chose to make our home here and build "Paddison Estates" as a way to share the tranquility and charm we've come to cherish. For over two decades, our family has been dedicated to providing rental homes for long term tenants. More recently, we've been thrilled to branch out and channel that experience into creating this special retreat for travelers. We truly enjoy crafting beautiful, comfortable spaces and love having the opportunity to provide a welcoming getaway for fellow travelers, Aggie parents, and anyone looking to experience the best of the Brazos Valley.

We love being able to pop over to Kyle Field, visit the Texas A&M campus, or enjoy local restaurants in minutes.
