Family Villa holiday

The villa was spacious enough to accommodate our mixed families group of 16 people. It was however a bit dated, in need of some general repairs and de cluttering. The owner, Demetris was extremely helpful and dealt with any issues we had very quickly. The villa has a lovely view overlooking the bay, set up high from the town, car rental is therefore definitely essential.

Relaxed hen week away

Demetris was a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough to help us with our stay. The property has a lovely layout and plenty of space for everyone. Balcony’s on all levels and the pool area was just brilliant. We were a party of 17 and had the most amazing week away relaxing in the villa. The hill up to the villa is very steep but when you see the views from the property you soon forget the hill. Would definitely go back if we visit Cyprus as a group again. Thank you Demetris for all the help with organising taxis and hire cars

A great villa for large groups

Demetris is a very friendly and helpful host and his property is excellent for large groups. We stayed as a group of 14 (3 families) and found enough space for us all to split into our respective bedrooms that are split across 3 floors. One large room holds 4 single beds which was great fun for some cousins to spend their nights "dormitory style". Demetris arranged for the property to be cleaned half way through our visit and the bedding washed and changed. He visited every 3 days to ensure the pool was clean and filtering, and when doing so always brought a box of pastries with him! We usually stay in Paphos and are very familiar with that area, so did not have much experience of Peyia. A short drive down the hill in Peyia there are a few shops, restaurants and bars. The view from the property is stunning at both day and night and Coral Bay is a short drive away. We would highly recommend anybody looking for a large property to consider Demetris' home for their stay in Cyprus.
