Casa Bella is an attractive and beautifully maintained single storey 3 bedroom apartment with kidney shaped private swimming pool (newly tiled for 2020!) - perfect for families, couples, group and tennis or golf holidays.

Located in Vale do Lobo, close to the Tennis Academy and the best golf courses, Casa Bella is located in beautiful surroundings opposite a small children's playground and within walking distance from the golden beach at Dunas Douradas.

Casa Bella boasts 3 good sized bedrooms (1 king & 2 twins), 2 bathrooms (including one ensuite), one additional toilet, a large sitting room and dining area, a front terrace with fabulous views and heated pool to the rear. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 extra single chair beds provided if required (for a supplement per additional person) The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a relaxing break (inc washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave etc) with a bbq at the rear for casual dining.

Comfortable sun loungers and a range of outdoor furniture is provided for you to enjoy the sun and relax out of doors!

For those with young children, the apartment is equipped with a highchair, cot, bottle steriliser, toys and plastic cutlery - all included in the price with no extra fees!

Helen é uma excelente anfitriã! Muito simpática, generosa e profissional. O mesmo não poderei dizer da equipa de limpeza. A GA villas é uma empresa com uma Equipa Pouco disponível, pouco profissional e nada simpática que não cumpriu o que se propôs fazer! Também sou proprietária e já estive em vários sítios e nunca me telefonaram para sair do alojamento por passarem 5 minutos da hora marcada! Muito desagradável! Situação compensada pela simpatia e generosidade da proprietária!!!! Thank you Helen!

The negative review of the cleaning team was based on a number of factors: - The guests checked out over an hour late which inconvenienced the cleaners strict schedule (during the very busy summer period a strict schedule is necessary). The cleaners were kept waiting. - The guests expected their bedsheets to be changed after 3 days of a 6 night stay. The pre-information clearly states that for weekly stays there is a mid-week clean and towel change but not full linen change. (This takes place after week 1 for 2 week stays or longer). - The kitchen was left in a miserable state with piles of washing up and rubbish that had been left. This added to the cleaning time required & we incurred extra costs as a result. - The guest wanted extra linen for guests that they had not agreed could stay. I feel the negative review of the cleaning team is unjust and we have never had any issues reported previously. We seek 100% professionalism at all times and I would happily discuss any concerns with future guests as a result of this review. We hope to welcome future guests at Casa Bella.

We are a family of 5 who love our holidays! We live in Manchester and have been holidaying in Vale Do Lobo for over 10 years. We first visited a family friends Villa on a couples holiday and we fell in love with the area! Since then we've been coming on family holidays, girly weekends and boys golfing trips! Finally were in a position to own a property ourselves and we look forward to welcoming others and giving you the best service we can! We have only just purchased the property which is why there are no reviews as yet but we hoping for some positive ones as soon as the rentals begin!

Why they chose this property

It is in an ideal position close to the tennis academy (which has a gym & cafe), walking distance to the beach and the Praca, opposite a childrens playground and near to Ken Lowes chinese restaurant. Its clean, green, quiet and safe.
