Condo The Beach Is Just Across The Street

This Condo unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Full kitchen will Stove, Microwave, Full size Refrigerator and Dishwasher. Sink also is equipped with a garbage disposal. There is a newly renovated large Pool on site for the tenants and the beach access is just across the street. This unit is on the second floor. First bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with XL Twin on top and Queen on the bottom. There are TV's in every room for your convenience with local cable and WiFi. There is an outside BBQ and patio area for guest to use. There is maid service so linens and towels are provided. The local restaurants in Cherry Grove are all very good and there are menu's available. This Condo is just a short 40 minute drive from the heart of Myrtle Beach and the Boardwalk & Broadway on the Beach.

Great location

Super cute and perfect for our girls getaway . Love that we could be SO close to the beach .The “bodyguards” (nosey permanent residents) kept us laughing all weekend !

Very clean! Plenty of fresh towels and linens and located directly across from the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much, the only thing was that the air conditioner in the back bedroom didn’t work well and it stayed pretty warm in that room. Overall a wonderful place!!

Fantastic

Great location. Super quick walk to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for my family of four- it has everything we needed for a wonderful stay. BBC. Once inside the unit couldn’t hear any noise outside. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Short Get Away

The condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for our needs (3 adults, 2 children). The beach was right across the road as stated and easily accessible. It was great to also have the pool when the kids got tired of the sand. The host was quick with all communication. We would definitely recommend this place!!

Great place

The place was clean and so close to the beach. We loved the place, the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. My 7 year old loved the pool, and neighbors were super friendly. Cozy spot for a nice getaway to the beach! Thank you! The point was so close and the perfect spot for a beach sunrise!

Such a great stay

We enjoyed it so much that we will be back yearly. The neighbors are awesome. The beach is right there, the pool was clean a nice. Lots if extras down there for the kids to play with. The place was nice and felt like home. Overall an amazing stay. Pam was great with communication!

Better than expected!! Exceeded expectations

I rented this condo for a young adult church youth group (age 17-21). i was very pleased at the ease of check-in and any question I had the property owner responded within minutes. It was clean and exceeded our expectations. We normally stay with family in a upscale timeshare and no this isn’t that but you will not be disappointed by staying as we will again with our family! Location is perfect, clean pool, you won’t be disappointed!

Super cute!

We enjoyed our stay. It's a little cramped for 5 people to share one bathroom but it was super cute. Nice public balcony to sit on at night overlooking the pool. Very clean. Comfortable beds. There is no office to check in (the owner forgot to put us on her calendar so getting the code to get in was a bit frantic but it all worked out. She was very quick to respond via text and apologized for the miscommunication) and the wifi is not up to date in the check on instructions. but it IS posted on the refrigerator (we didn't notice it until the morning we left but that was ok. No time to be on phones.). The beach is right across the street. We would stay there again, just us.

Parts of the condo were smaller then I would have liked but not so bad that we wouldn't stay there again. Access to the beach was close and easy to get to. Parking was not great as it was not reserved per unit just a small lot that had some spaces that you may or may not get a spot in.

Great Experience for first time user

Pam, was a great host. Any questions I had were answered. I loved our unit from the decor to the layout. We had room to accomodate everyone. I appreciated the vibe of th pictures on the wall. Why they chose this property

The town of Cherry Grove is a quite community that we love. The Condo unit is new, it was just finished in June 2015 but we constantly are upgrading. We hope you love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

This unit is a new unit and the establishment where they are located we offer maid service so linens and towels are provided for your convenience. There is beach access just across the street and we have a pool located on our property for guest use only.
