Great location

You can't be closer to the water than in this place. A real pearl for fans of 60s architecture. A small drawback is that the sun sets quite early. Nevertheless, absolutely recommendable!

A very beautiful design house, probably designed in the 60's. Very well equiped, they even let us use a paddel board which was very usefull for the kids.It has an amazing situation, right on the lake, and the house has the most beautiful dinner table. A peer for water access, and the rooms big enough.It was just missing some proper wine glasses.The comunication with the host difficult, and lots of times not very helpfull. I have missed the email for entry in the house, and ask for info by whatsapp, and it was a challenge to get it.Also, we haved asked if we could leave late, and the prompt response was no.It was supposed to be at 10am, we did follow it, but went for a dive in the peer. We left at 11h15, and there was nobody cleaning the house... so we felt it was a little bittersweet

Tomas, I am very surprised to read your review. As soon as you wrote me whatsapps you received the answer in 3 min, you asked for a late check out and my reply was that it was not possible. We sent you all the infos by mails weeks before your arrivals and when you asked for the pin location(since you missed our sent mails)all was sent immediately. Have a good weekend.

Top Lage direkt am See

Sehr schönes Haus mit ausgezeichneter Lage direkt am See. Tolle überdachte Terrasse! Gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da und werden sicherlich wieder in dieses Haus kommen. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung, aber doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auf dem Weg zum Haus, müssten ein paar Stufen repariert werden. Der Preis für das Haus ist im letzten Jahr leider sehr gestiegen.

ein super tolles Haus - nur zu empfehlen

In all den früheren Urlauben, haben wir noch nie eine so tolle Vermieteragentur erlebt wie dieses Jahr mit der Holiday-Garda. Großes Kompliment! Novella Battani hat uns laufend informiert und sich um die wenigen Probleme sofort bemüht und gekümmert. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus ist einfach nur toll, direkter privater Seezugang, hervorragende Terrasse mit ganz tolle Aussicht. Von der anliegenden Straße ist nichts zu hören nur das erholsame Rauschen des Sees konnten wir genießen. Wenn möglich kommen wir gerne wieder ! Zur eigenen Sicherheit sollten Sie vielleicht auf die 120 Stufen zum Haus aufmerksam machen. Problematisch für Gäste mit Gehbehinderung.

Herrlicher Urlaub in alter Villa

Die Lage direkt am See mit privatem Steg ist exzellent (der „Strand“ ist allerdings steinig) Die Straße „oben“ ist vom Haus aus kaum zu hören, allerdings die Wellen bei Nacht. Am Essplatz mit großem Tisch aus Marmor haben wir sehr nette Abende verbracht. Die Architektur ist aus den späten 60ern oder frühen 70ern und hat viel Charme - auch wenn es langsam Zeit für eine Renovierung wird und ein richtiger Backofen anstatt des Minigrills geboten wäre. Der Zugang ist nur mit dem Auto möglich - an der Hauptverkehrsstraße gibt es keinen Gehweg. Die Einfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Es gibt einen Garagenstellplatz für ein mittelgroßes Auto und einen Außenstellplatz direkt davor. Das Rangieren ist etwas mühsam. Wirt hatten Glück und konnten auch die 2 Stellplätze des Nachbarhauses nutzen, da die Eigentümer abwesend waren. Fazit: Ein herrlicher Urlaub in einer Villa mit Charme, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Wunderschön!

Wir lieben dieses Haus. Morgens aufzuwachen und direkt den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen, den See rauschen zu hören. Die Ausstattung ist toll, die Zimmer perfekt und unser Urlaub somit wunderbar.

Great villa that could be even better

The house is great. The views , the garden etc. In the kitchen there should be ore electricity points for appliances. The furniture outside is outdated and partly broken. The chairs around the table and the siiting outside should be renewed. The garden needs more care. The pots on the balcony are filthy and need cleaning.

The house is a great place. It needs new furniture outside

The house is beautiful designed. The location is perfect. Get nice modern furniture outside. Both lounge set as chair at the dining table. Use cotton sheets and duvets. Advertise the house for 4 adults ( the other beds are to short for adults to use).

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am See

Gute Betreuung und gute Lage. Das einzige Manko: Die Garage ist recht klein (unsere Fahrzeuge haben nicht rein gepasst). Ansonsten top.

Top!!!! Kommen gerne wieder, sehr empfehlenswert !!!!

Super Lage, sehr sauber, Hausnummer leider doppelt mit Nachbarhaus, 228? Anreise deshalb „holprig“,umso schöner war der erste und letzte Eindruck. Einziger Makel: Kein Backofen. Es war aber trotzdem wunderbar. Die Betreuung durch „Holiday Garda“ war perfekt!

Formidable !

Très belle maison d'architecte qui a gardé son caractère très 70 , confortable très bien équipée notamment pour cuisiner les bons produits que l'on se procure au charmant village voisin La situation est incroyable et nous avons passé La semaine à profiter du ponton et du jardin au bord de l'eau !

außergewöhnlicher Urlaubsort

Wirklich ungewöhnliche Lage direkt am Wasser und schön renovierte Villa. Wer eine ruhige Woche direkt am Wasser verbringen möchte und dies in einer ungewöhnlichen Umgebung ist hier gut bedient. Zu Fuß geht nichts wegen der Lage direkt an der Straße, ist aber ja auch in der Beschreibung zu lesen. Uns hat der Flair und das Haus an und für sich sehr gut gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah, auch kann man gut Essen gehen. Wer mehr Geld ausgeben will kann einen volleb Service haben. Der Kontakt war perfekt, alles sehr gut organisiert. Das Haus war schon mit allem notwendigen bestückt, so dass auch Selbstverpflegung kein Problem war.

Das Objekt gefiel uns gut, inbesondere die Architetur des Hauses ist bemerkenswert.

Die Lage des Anwesens mit Bootssteg direkt am See ist wunderschön. Leider wird zum Verlassen des Hauses ein Fahrzeug benötigt, weil es zu Fuß über die Straße viel zu gefährlich ist. Die Heizungsanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, wir hatten morgens kein warmes Wasser und konnten die Anlage jeweils nur mit "gutem Zureden" wieder in Gang setzten. Die Parksituation ist ausreichend, allerdings ist die Ein- bzw. Ausfahrt heikel auf Grund des üppigen und unübersichtlichen Verkehrs . Für das Verbringen der Koffer ins Haus benötigt man Kondition wegen der vielen Treppen. Entschädigt wird man mit einem schönen baumbestandenen Garten und einem Superblick auf den See und die gegenüberliegende Seite.

Wonderful house in a fabulous location

we absolutely loved this spacious and comfortable house.Excellent location right on the lake with plenty of outdoor space. when the sun left the large terrace mid afternoon we could sunbathe on the private jetty.I would certainly stay there again.
