What a stunning place to stay! It had everything we needed and there were lovely views out to the River Camel. Check in and out was super easy, and there was plenty of information at the property about local walks and attractions. It all made for a great stay.

We stayed at Little Byways for the second time and once again felt completely at home. The house is spotless, spacious and exceptionally generously equipped - you really have everything you could possibly need. It's a great place to relax, even if the weather isn't perfect. A lovely extra were the cows in the meadow outside the window - we loved watching them, and it seemed they were just as curious about us...

Lovely clean, cosy accommodation with everything included for a great holiday. Brilliant location made it easy to get to anywhere in Cornwall. Yet quiet and rural with great views of the estuary. Really liked being able to walk into Padstow and back. All in all would certainly recommend for a couple.

Everything was excellent starting with the instructions to get there,the house is so peaceful and clean,everything you could need is there,lovely treats for my Birthday waiting,lovely views,and central for visiting attractions,a lovely garden which sadly we did not have the weather to enjoy,a log fire with logs and coal left which we did not use as the central heating is excellent,Hosts live very close but leave you alone to enjoy this first class holiday home

Absolutely stunning property in a perfect location. It was exactly the R&R my husband and I needed. Jane and Roger were so welcoming, and the uninterrupted views were incredible – with cows as our only neighbours! We can’t wait to return.

We loved every moment of our relaxing stay at Little Byways, It was beautifully presented, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The views are spectacular and the location is ideal for walking the coastal paths and exploring the surrounding area. Jane was friendly, responded quickly and we were made to feel very welcome. Lovely stay

Lovely stay at this beautiful property in the edge of Little Petherick. It’s in a beautiful spot with lots to do in the area. The house itself had all the mod cons you could need and was very comfortable and quiet, perfect place to switch off and recharge.

Had a lovely time returning to this fabulous property. So many places to visit along the coast and inland. And if you’re looking for dining options you are spoilt for choice in Padstow and the surrounding area. Can particularly recommend The Old Mill Bistro in Little Petheric.

Stunning views

We absolutely loved staying at little byways. We didnt want for anything it was so comfortable. We enjoyed the views and made use of the garden to sit in the sun. Highly recommended and would most definitely return.
